Ordered a disco light on the 19th October and it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking says it’s been in ‘transit in the UK’ since 17th November. No reply to my e-mails. I’ve lodged a dispute with my bank.

Total con company.
Ordered something for my daughters birthday on the 10th November. Said no where on the their site the company is based in China. They were very vague on the updates and were at 12 December now and no sign. They have said it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. Have reported them and got in touch with my bank.
Have also read reports that the items they sell are totally nothing like what’s advertised. They also took out my bank more money than the order actually was. I don’t even know how they get away with this stuff

I ordered some GearSphere - The Steampunk Whirling Wonder Fidget (Gear Ball), took 3 weeks to arrive, thought they were from UK - nope. They pinched my fingers, gears very stiff, useless, I sent a video to show them. I paid £16, they offered £3 refund, I kept going back and forth, in the end the offered £8, and I'm still in communication. Absolute RUBBISH, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL

Avoid. Don’t be fooled by the .co.uk website address. They are China based and one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Great ad on Instagram had me fooled.Goods took weeks to arrive and were broken when it got here. Cost £15 and they offered me a £2 refund. Absolute joke. Refused a return and refund.

I'd give it zero if I could! Complete scam company! I ordered goods, and after several emails about "goods in transit" I finally received an email saying "goods delivered" They weren't, we were in on the alleged day, they were not left with neighbours, just nothing. When reporting to bliss, they just told me "they were delivered" and quoted a non-existent carrier. I told them I had received nothing, and wanted either the goods or a refund. They effectively told me to get lost, saying "as the goods were successfully delivered" (they weren't) "it's up to you to raise with the carrier" They wouldn't supply more info about the carrier, just "Fleet DO" which doesn't exist. They claim to be a .co.uk website, but they aren't. No contact info in the UK. Just a rip-off Chinese company.

I can’t update my original review for some reason so just to update that “after looking into” my faulty items they concluded that they were ok despite the fact I’d sent them photos of the broken item. I offered to return at their cost but guess what - they said I have to return to China at my cost and they’ll reimburse if I send them evidence of the cost. Yeah right. In the end I had no choice but to accept the £3 compensation. So avoid at all costs!
Oh and they trade under several different names including Zero Miracle Limited!!

I have contacted customer services multiple times requesting a full refund and all I keep being told is to be patient. This was a birthday present for my son so I do t actually need it anymore and would like my money back. Absolute scam of a company.

Yet another SCAM. I bought 2 pair of fleece lined ladies trousers ( turned out to be leggings) the fabric is CHEAP & Transparent.
Size request S ( size 8-10) what arrived would fit a small 8-10 year old.
With UK in the company name I assumed that is where the company is based NO China.
I asked for a return/refund & was offed £3 after paying €30+ and asked could I not give them to another person.
PLEASE DO not entertain this company. & never trust Facebook.

They don’t deserve even 1 star. They took more money than stated on the FB advert, the items eventually arrived, one broken and both terrible quality. This says it a UK company but it isn’t.
I’ve sent countless emails plus photographic evidence and they offered £3
It’s a fraudulent company don’t get fooled like myself and countless others.
Looking at the “good” reviews they all come from the US and all the bad from the UK.
Seems we get a different service.

They refunded me £5 in the end. I took it to draw a line under this bad experience.

This makes out they are a uk company, didn’t realise till I had payed and found import tax had been added. I will never deal with this company again which I think is in Hong Kong. Beware if you think it’s a UK company

They charge yoy more than stated and the bras are hopelessly inadequate, no support at all. Waste of money

Paid through Apple Pay, total £20.45. When I checked my bank they had managed to authorise £25.56 from my bank! Not sure how this was even possible.
Scammers

Please avoid at all costs. The company is a scam. They charged me more than their order form confirmation. They would not did not cancel the order (saying it had been shipped) despite being contacted within 5 mins or the order. They have refused to give me a refund. I have reported them to the financial ombudsman and my bank are also looking into fraud.

Another dreadful company. Even though they appear have be UK based I got the impression they are another Chinese company.

I had the same problem with Plyarbour but this time item I ordered was too large. When questioning them I got the same reply, NO I cannot get a refund or replacement.

In my opinion another (Chinese) company to be very wary of using.

I gave just purchased phone chargers but they took more mo ye than it said at end of my order

Really terrible no glitter in the so called glitter pens my little girl was so disappointed we waited 4 weeks as well!! Dry, half filled gel pens not what was advertised.

‘Do not buy from this company. I made an order in good faith from them and they took more money than was on the invoice / order. They didn’t notice this. It was only when I noticed it that I made them aware. I requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund, prior to shipment. However, they ignored this and then emailed to say they have returned the additional money they took. I have tried several times to ask them to send a full refund, but they have declined this. Avoid the company at all costs. I imagine they’ve made a lot of money from people that didn’t notice their ‘mistake’.

Sadly this company should not be used by anyone. Product arrived damaged and despite contacting them with multiple photos within 30 days as per Consumer Rights Act 2015 they have refused a replacement or full refund. Offered £2 compensation! (Item cost £10 for context).

Purchased the disco ball plug it arrived within days and is perfect .

Ordered 2 figit toys and amount came to £12. They added extra £ at checkout and charged me £14!
