The item never arrived, requested a refund and am being asked to pay more for a replacement, when I stated that I just need the refund - they are avoiding with a response

Very POOR service from this shabby company.
Still haven't recieved my goods nearly a month late now (if I ever get them at all??) when they promise 7-14 day delivery.
Excuse after excuse and useless customer service.
Don't even offer compensation for such late delivery- other companies would probably refund due to the inconvenience but not these.
I would steer clear if I were anyone wanting to purchase from Bliss Beaut!

I ordered a bra I had seen advertised on Facebook on 1st Dec - I assumed it was a Uk company - then I started getting e mails with updates - it was in China then a few days later in the USA & then various cities throughout the US then eventually shipped to UK 24Dec & it now seems to have been in Oxford for days. I now appear to be getting e mails from Fed Ex saying I need to approve delivery but it also says Vendor hasn’t paid postage ! So,I am wondering if this is just a coincidence & it’s a scam ? I have not responded to it anyway. Time will tell but I doubt I will ever see my parcel !

Ordered on 5/12 in plenty of time for Xmas. Now 29/12 and still not arrived.
I thought it was a uk company but it's not.
Luckily didn't spend a lot and wasn't a main present.

Just don't bother!! Taking an age to arrive. Ordered over 6 weeks before Christmas, still not here yet incessant email tracking up dates. Shoddy, really Shoddy.

Horrendous company. I ordered a indestructible dog toy. After I paid for it I was offered a discount for the same item but had to purchase another one to get the deal. An extra £3 was taken from my account. When I contacted them they stated there was no such deal. The toy was also advertised on FB as being fully reimbursed if it broke. I was told by them that this toy isn't suitable for sharp objects! Dogs teeth aren't blunt. It's been weeks and not here and all they keep saying is be patient and wait to see the quality before leaving a review or sending it back. Why would I keep it if it's not fit for purpose. Total scam in my opinion. They don't read your email properly and ignore questions about refunds.

Update: This finally arrived a week ago and since then I have been in back and forth emails about returning it. Although the return to sender address is the UK warehouse the famn thing came from (UK postal marks so didn't come from China) they insist you can only return to China at your own cost. Been offered £5 compensation. They make it impossible to return. By the time you've paid for the tracking (they insist on this but also who the hell would return anything to this company and trust they'd be honest about receiving it back) and the shipping it's more than the item is worth. They know this. They are scammers. Their own returns policy on the website is rubbish and I doubt 'Shaun and Erin in Texas' are proud of the customer service in China that is dished out. I also wonder if they checked the quality of the indestructible dog toy that apparently isn't suitable for sharp objects. Unless you are pleased with your item don't expect anything but lies, excuses and insults at your intelligence.
Also note, the 'good' reviews on here are the dame basic post about amazing flip flops. Obviously fake reviews to add a bit more colour to the sea of red 1 stars.

I bought the rotating disco ball and I couldnt get it to work. My son decided to have a look at it for me and he went to unplug it from the wall and held the ball and it gave him a massive electric shock and sent him flying across the room. He couldnt see out of his eyes for around ten minutes and his arm is still aching two days later.

I am absolutely furious as if it had been one of the smaller children who had touched it then that could have been life threatening for them. I am disgusted that they do not have standard checks in place that would prevent this being sent out.

Absolute scam. Ordered early enough in December that I should get for Christmas. Not happened at all. Terrible tracking that apparently was the wrong tracking number and company from America and stopped updating on 21.12.24. And then support email sends a different track number linked to different company from china which stops updating 17.12.24. I doubt I will see the product I've ordered. Terrible organisation and communication. Do not order from this scam artist.

I wouldn't use this company EVER again. Placed order on 31st October with shipping insurance it was over £25, I've not received my order, they claim it's been delivered, it has not! I request a refund, after all I'd paid for shipping insurance, and now can't get a response from them. Feel totally ripped off.

Ordered a usb charging cable for £9.64. Apple Pay charged me £11.57 when I paid for it. Ordered on 24th November and it's 23rd December.
Total rip off - says it's .co.uk website but it's obviously not in UK

I ordered a puzzle on 28th November it’s now 23rd December and still not arrived. I have contacted them but just got an email saying it’s been sent. DO NOT use this company- unless you’re ordering flip flops as looking at the reviews they don’t have problems with those- very suspicious!!!

Items came from America and took over two weeks to come. Cheap, nasty Chinese rubbish.
Why say Co.UK if not from UK.

Horrific from start to finish. Product is nothing like the pictures or videos. I have been asked to send pictures which I have. I wish to return items for a refund and have been informed the “best offer” is a 3 pounds credit as a good will gesture. Total scammers. Avoid

Avoid at all costs. Item was delivered however is faulty, have sent videos and photos as requested and they keep advising I’ve got what I ordered! I have but it’s not for purpose, offered £1 in compensation then their final offer was £3. Absolute joke and a complete scam organisation. Don’t waste your money, time or effort.

I ordered a charger with a case. The charger arrived but no case. I have emailed a number of times and they told me my order was correct, but they would refund me £2 as a goodwill gesture.

I ordered 2 of the Steampunk Whirling Wonder Fidget (Gear Ball) as advertised on Instagram. While the shipping was timely and the tracking was fine, the fidget ball is UTTER RUBBISH. It’s stiff, sticks, and pinches my fingers. It doesn’t do as much as shown on the video, and is horrible dull colours rather than the bright metallics shown. Only fit for the cat to chase, it’s certainly not going in anyone’s Christmas stocking. I’m glad I checked them before I gave my kids this useless rubbish. And by the way, the site is a .co.uk but it’s Chinese. Why am I not surprised.

I ordered a gift for Christmas in October and I still haven’t received the parcel.

I’ve tried on a number of occasions to resolve this issue but either no response, or when having a reply, it’s a very vague response and no way forward!

I placed an order for 2x Natural Christmas Greenery - Realistic Touch Norfolk Pine Garland🌲to decorate my fireplac this Christmas, having looked at my bank statement they have actually taken more money than the price stated on the site, almost a month waiting for them to arrive and both items have still not arrived !!, and im disappointed to say the least.
They pose as a UK Site ( .co.uk ) when actually the tracking notification shows China !! Very misleading, if I’d have known I was purchasing from China I wouldn’t have bothered. Tracking updates keep saying China and wording is Chinese with no translate button how annoying nevertheless will be contacting my bank and reporting them. Don’t bother with this site, it’s a scam company !!

I ordered charging cables they are advertised as a multi use charger and case. I ordered 6 as stocking filters. They took 3 weeks to arrive if not longer. They arrived in a plastic package no case, I was told I didn't tick the box for a case, there is no box to tick, it's just another scam they have offered a refund of 5GBP or send them back to China at my expense!. I didn't order from a company in China?? Another way they scam you is making you think it's a local company
