All blinds were received close to the ETA provided. They were all cut to size ordered and installed easily. Only downside was all of the instructions were in French :(

If I could leave less than one star I would. This has been the single worst consumer experience I’ve had. The first order placed was for 7 no drill black out blinds. I provided the exact measurements and when all 7 arrived all 7 were too short. The measurements I provided were exact. I then tried to get a replacement based on the measurement insurance to be told that only applied to 4 blinds not my full order. Such nonsense. I then paid the difference , over €700 euro, and ordered replacements. The second order I also provided screen shots of the tape measure for exact space at each window. The second order took almost two weeks, and when I went to install one of the blinds this evening they don’t fit.
I’ve written asking for a full refund for the 14 useless blinds and for someone to come pick up the blinds and no one has bothered to come back to me. Shop local if you have the chance and don’t waste your time or money of this rubbish. I am still waiting on a full refund.

The door roman shade is short so the installer has reordered it.
I don’t like that the roman shades don’t line up straight across and the fabric looks so wrinkled. The kitchen shade is great!
