Brilliant Customer Service. It was a small order for two Somfy Smoove switches. Initially thought to be in stock i was advised quickly of the error. Stock was rapidly obtained and delivered with outstanding communication.

Using out own material we wanted four blinds to fit our sitting room windows “just so”. It was great to know Chris at Orderblinds was eager to ensure we got what we wanted ...and we did! Grateful thanks to him and all the team for doing such a beautiful job quickly and efficiently.

Happy with blinds once received but one lot took 4 weeks and the second part of the order was over 6 weeks and only because of numerous phonecalls and emails. Would think twicw befor using them again.
Brilliant company superb blinds and great after sales service. The Three blinds I ordered arrive within a couple of weeks. One fixing kit was missing a window clip, I emailed blinds on line and they replied within a couple of hours, posting out a clip. Colin.
