Cassette blackout blind
We purchased a cassette blackout blind with side and bottom rails and we are really impressed with the quality of the blind.
There was a slight error, on my part, with the length of the blind and the guys were really helpful in resolving my issue. Everyone was really quick to reply and the advice offered was super useful. Would happily use this company again

Excellent customer service
I bought some pleated thermal blinds. The blinds are really good and helping keep the room cool in the current heat. There was some confusion on the website about exactly what the blinds were suitable for. I was happy with the way the problem was resolved and am in the process of ordering several more blinds from them.
