Great products and service
I’ve purchased twice from Blinds Direct. Great quality. Essy to install (we went for no drill versions). We had a couple of glitches with the second order. They suggested solutions and then arranged a replacement so very happy with their service, will order again as needed and recommend them if you’re looking for blinds. Thanks Shanelle for sorting the replacement and to Blinds Direct generally for both great products and great service.

Wrong in so many ways.Communication is the worst I have come across. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I was also wrong about the above.. Once i got in touch with the right person .Siobhan(Thanks!!) sorted out the problem and sent out the required parts. It was a shame that it got as far as it did as we were well pleased with the quality of the rest of the order. Used them before this and this has restored our faith in them and would use again.

Lovely blinds at a great price
The blinds are of good quality. The guides on measuring were great and the ability to include an insurance to cover any measuring mistakes for a small fee gives peace of mind when ordering. The blinds arrived quickly and were well packaged. Overall I’m pleased with the blinds and would order from this company again.

2 blinds ordered delivery date 14th delivered 15th not a problem, one blind was faulty would not tilt, spoke to Shanelle customer service she was very apologetic advised me to to check a common fault they have turned out to be a easy fix follow up phone call next day from Shanelle to check all ok great customer service thank you Shanelle
