Help with incorrect blinds
I ordered some blinds that unfortunately were the wrong colour and size. When contacting to return I spoke to Amelia who was very helpful. She understood my issue and dealt with is swiftly. Issues - Resolved
We had an issue that Siobhan in the escalations team helped with.
We paid for the next day despatch, but the items are shipped from separate warehouses and different companies, which had a knock on effect for the delivery times. It meant that we didnt receive them together and couldnt install on the day we planned.
