Please do not buy from them. Very disappointing customer service. On the website it says clear edge case but the case came with white edges which makes it look very tacky! If you are spending your money on them you do not want the products on the website to be misleading! It’s not like these are cheap!!

The lily case is so cute

It’s a great product with super quick shipping, only let down by the bombardment of post-purchase emails with offers etc. Tedious.

Some confusion following a return, when the AI chat bot said I could use my store credit for the buy one get one free offer but the human agent then told me I couldn't..a fair amount of back and forth and some delays in replies but eventually got store credit applied to my account which could be used along side the offer. I've bought cases from this company before as well as screen protectors. The cases themselves are really good quality, the artwork never seems to fade or scratch, when I've dropped my phone there's been no damage to the case or my phone. I dropped my phone screen side down and the screen protector did it's job well. They have such a wide variety of cases to choose from so there is something for everyone.

Blanc Space had a huge variety of designs which I love. My shopping experience was enhanced by the buy 1 get 1 free offer. I found two different designs to enhance the look of my new phone. The cases arrived much sooner than the estimated shipping. The cases fit snugly and appear sturdy while looking nice.

Really happy with these phone cases. The quality is excellent, they look stylish and feel very sturdy and protective. I especially like the personalised design with my name on it — it gives the cases a really nice, premium touch.

Ordered two phone cases for my partners birthday, ordered iPhone 17 pro max cases ( don’t have this phone myself so didn’t know the camera layout) trusted the template the website provided me when I selected the iPhone 17 pro max, ordered my personalised case, had an email with the incorrect template to confirm it was correct so I confirmed, phone case has turned up completely different from the template and has cropped out all my personalised photos, spoke to customer care who shrugged the issue off said basically it’s not there problem, lady didn’t want to help at all even though there website provided me the incorrect template, would never order again

I ordered a buy one get one free phone case, which eventually arrived. I wanted to exchange one. I was told that I would need to return both and then place a new order, which is fair enough. On requesting a refund, I was given the option of a store credit with an additional £6 incentive, which I naturally took. There was no mention that the store credit couldn't be used against any other options. So in the end I got one case instead of buy one get one free, and ended up paying for shipping because the store credit couldn't be used against any other offers, or against shipping costs.

So beware, if you want to return anything, ask for a refund to your original payment method. It took more than 16 days for them to confirm their position: The reply I received admitted that this was not made clear, and that they were sorry. And that was that!
