I ordered two cases one custom and one of their many cute cases. Was not expecting them to come with wipes for my phone which I thought was a nice touch. Highly recommend these case not only are they cute they have an protection inside and outside the case.

Bought 2 cases for my daughter. All of the design and print on the back of the case peeled off of one of them in less than 3-4 months. Filed a warranty claim because I was told when I bought them that there was a warranty for 1 year. Initially told that they could replace it, then again told that since a certain time had passed they could not. Only when I threatened to dispute the charge with AMEX and showed the texts of the conversation and online return/warranty policy did I get an email finally saying they would replace it. That email said shipping would be covered but when I did the replacement it was not covered. Also these communications took weeks to get responses and resolutions from Blanc Space.

No fuss shopping order arrived on time and perfect.

Quick delivery, cases fit great, good quality and were exactly as advertised. Love the designs!

Zero stars if I could. Appalling customer service.

I’ve been a loyal Blancspace customer for years, but after my recent experience, I will never buy from them again. I returned an incorrect order for store credit so I could quickly get a replacement, but their system completely blocked me from using my own refunded money. When I tried to checkout during a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" sale, the site refused to let me apply the credit. To make matters worse, the promotion was auto-applied, so I couldn't even remove it to place the order.

When I contacted customer support, they told me store credit couldn't be combined with promotional offers, yet they refused to convert the credit back into a cash refund. The agent callede "Aurela" just kept repeating the same unhelpful, robot-like responses and completely ignored every request I made to escalate the issue to a manager. (first spoke to ai then passed to Aurela who I also think was AI but told was a human)

Frustrated, I gave up on the deal and tried to buy a single full-priced case instead, but the credit code failed entirely at checkout. I emailed support again to fix the broken code, chased them for days, and was completely ignored. Luckily, because I used Klarna, I was able to send them proof that Blancspace was holding my refund without providing a working checkout code, and Klarna refunded me directly.

Holding onto customer money while denying the ability to use it is completely unacceptable. On top of the terrible service, their quality has clearly dropped, my previous phone screen cracked while using their glass protector anyway.

I’ve since bought a case from a Brindly that feels much stronger and makes my old Blancspace cases look flimsy by comparison.

Just be wary if you decide to go ahead as it may not be a refund they won't issue but any problem with their customer service team will most likely get ignored. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company.

So pleased with my 2 new phone cases. Great quality. Came the next day. The only thing I will say is the website was a bit deceiving and automatically added on other items. But so pleased with my purchase.

Good designs and seems the quality is decent too but need to test it out for longer.

Cases are okay but the pictures online are quite deceiving. Dont get me wrong they look nice but I was expecting a higher quality. Would’ve given four stars but since ordering the amount of non-order emails I have received from ‘Sophia’ have been borderline spam. I get the occasional promotional email is normal for a business but I found it excessive.
