I came in to repair one pair of jeans and buy another, ended up buying a second pair of jeans too. The jeans were well worth the money just from the time spent with me getting the right size and fit. Very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered the Navy Guernsey jumper which is a great fit and has some nice Gansey design touches.
It feels like a premium product and I’m hoping it will last for many years.
The service and staff communications is really excellent, topped by the efficient next day delivery.

Blackhorse Lane went above and beyond in a way you don’t forget. They carefully repaired a treasured pair of 1980s 501s that belonged to a close friend who died of AIDS, and then quietly refused to take a penny for the work. That kind of generosity and respect is rare.

They’ve also made me an absolutely fabulous pair of W12 Chino Classics in Japanese selvedge denim — beautifully cut, impeccably finished, and constantly commented on by strangers. Proper London craft: understated, confident, and built to last.

On top of that, the staff are genuinely lovely. Even popping into the shop feels like a pleasure rather than a transaction — knowledgeable, welcoming, and deeply proud of what they do without a hint of pretension.

I can’t recommend their designs or their made-to-measure service highly enough. This is London denim at its best: thoughtful, human, and quietly exceptional.

The clothing is of excellent quality, and the staff is truly enthusiastic. It felt more like an enjoyable outing than a typical sales transaction.

Blackhorse Lane are becoming my favourite men’s brand - great choice of denim and the E18 shirt is perfect. Great backstory too. Highly recommend
