This is just a terrible service


This is just a terrible service! The price of fuel has risen, the price for the trip is purely symbolic, they block the profile for no good reason, just because of the complaint of one user. Unreasonable. In Ukraine this is a terrible service, especially the support (Lyudmila), who answer whenever they feel like it

Bus was an hour late and BlaBlaCar blamed me

Booked a spot on the bus from Venice to Trieste. I arrived 20 minutes early to the stop waited for 50 minutes after the departure time, and the bus never showed up. Never received any notification. Customer support impossible to reach. I left, bought a train ticket, and finally heard back from BlaBlaCar days later. A customer service agent scolded me and said that the bus showed up on time and collected all other passengers, and that it was my fault for probably standing in the wrong place. I knew this couldn’t be true because I was watching every bus that arrived. Well, only when BusBud (whom I purchased the ticket from) reached out to BlaBlaCar did they admit that the bus was 58 minutes late. So, there’s proof that I got lied to. Still, BlaBlaCar refused to refund the ticket price. I would never use their service, and if I hadn’t purchased through BusBud, I’d have never found out what really happened. UPDATE: BlaBlaCar responded with the same contact form I initially used to get in touch with them. These automated responses are not helpful. I’ve read other reviews and see now that buses going missing, and BlaBlaCar lying about them arriving punctually, is a common practice of theirs, as many people are complaining of the same thing. This bus service should not be allowed to operate. And it seems a blessing my bus never showed since the onboard experience sounds hellish!

They stole my luggage from the base of…

They stole my luggage from the base of the bus. BlaBla driver did not give me ticket of my luggage that insurance used against me later.
1. Driver was late and than he hurried up
2. They leave door of the storage open without caring (I only followed what driver told me)
3. They did not give me luggage ticket that is an obligation for them. The driver told me that my ticket is a luggage ticket.
4. They don´ttake responsability for the luggages. They never say - take care about your luggage, because we are just not responsible. They just don´t care.
5. I called to their central office immediately after the theft and apparently they are supposed to give me a confirmation letter about what happened. They did not.

They are an irresponsible company. Blabla represents very low level of service as most of the french services. They can shake hand with the insurance. Those that understand English, run away from this country.

My passenger had placed a wrong location, my destination was Antwerp and he had the location to Deinze,, i drived him to deinze and then he said no im also going to Antwerp
He paid less and i made some extra km

You just became the biggest scammer and greedy company in Europe, you disgust me! 30% commission and more!!! I wish the CEO and all his share holders to go to hell! I was there in 1997 when Covoiturage.fr started where humanity was still existing, but now 👎

This company is about people and service

On February 13 I was sure to miss my connection in Lyon, towards Montpelllier, I had already cancelled the connection.
When we arrived, the coach was still there AND the driver, only speaking Spanish, was flexible enough to let me get on the bus - oh what a relief after 13hrs of travelling and still having 4hrs more to go - and client service in the Netherlands were very friendly and flexible to sort out the financial / administrative side of the cancelled ticket I travelled with.
This company is about people and service, a long way from distant airline hostesses that so often propose preprepared lines about what is not possible ......

Handy platform to match passengers and drivers for car traveling specific routes

The app provides pre-agreed hitch hiking for a relative cheap price. Use it sometimes as a driver as well as passenger for certain car trips. Investing some time in communication with drivers or passengers to make clear agreements is valuable
