Boiler replacement

When our annual boiler service with B&K revealed a major issue with our 12 year old boiler they were able to issue a replacement boiler quotation the same day. B&K were able to install the new boiler after only a few days and it was fitted quickly using the existing pipework, pump etc. The engineers were very helpful and tidy. Very pleased with the service from B&K.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The engineer talked through the whole process as he went along. He showed me the difference between the old parts and the suggested replacement parts. It was a very positive experience and the cost was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in using them again and/or recommending them

B&K Boiler Services Boiler Replacement

B&K Boiler Services have just replaced my old standard boiler with a new combi boiler. From the outset the technicians and engineers were polite, professional and efficient. From the initial quotation up to the installation I couldn’t fault any of the process.
Work was carried out considerately and respectfully with all mess cleared away at the end of each day. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

Boiler and Radiators replaced

B&K replaced our ageing
Boiler and 8 Radiators over 3day period 2-4 August23.
Old gas supply line also had to be upgraded to accommodate latest boilers. Worcester Bosch chosen.
Also, small supply pipework to new radiators required due slight difference in radiator sizes to old removals.
Hamish, assisted by Taylor & Ellis completed the work to a very high professional standard, involving us in any additional work required decisions to our complete satisfaction. Very impressed with B&K workmanship.

An excellent example of customer…

An excellent example of customer service. Yesterday Jason came out to conduct a service on our boiler. He was extremely professional and polite with great expertise, while explaining each step of the service and giving me an insight into boiler care. Very easy to have a conversation with and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Just seems money is driving force

Had engineers out 3 times in as many days, agreed to replace parts they said I needed them but no improvement came out again and reversed what had been previously but wanted to charge again! Engineers are great but left with impression just after the money.

Superb and excellent response to an emergency

We recently had to call an engineer from B & K Boiler Services to replace the pump on our central heating system which was dealt with quickly and rapidly during the recent bitter cold spell of winter weather. A few days later we had to make an emergency call on Sunday morning as we had a leak from the hot water tank. Excellent service from the emergency duty plumber who arrived within an hour and isolated our system in order to prevent a possible flood!! at 0730 hours on the following Monday the Project Manager telephoned to let me know that two engineers would be coming round that morning to fit a repacement hot water tank. Two very polite, helpful and considerate engineers worked all day to install the new tank.
Thanks to all at B & K Boiler Services for such excellent service.

Great engineers - questionable billing

The engineers were excellent, friendly and fast. The lady who sent the quotes was helpful and efficient too. However, after being told that the cost for the initial visit to assess the problem would be taken off any final bill if I accepted either of their quotes - (one to complete repairs, one to replace the boiler), I found that the £89 for the initial visit was added to the bill after all. When I queried it - I was told that the money would only have been offset if I had opted to replace the boiler. This was not what I was told by the first engineer and not was was stated when I made the order. I was embarrassed to have to raise it and then annoyed to be told that the goalposts had been moved.
