Bitwarden is a great password manager with exceptional customer service.

I have used Bitwarden for a few years. It has proven to be safe and very easy to use. I recently reached out with a question and was given a response within an hour. Customer service like that is not that common anymore. I like things that are simple and that work.

I needed to move my subscription from the US server to the EU server and support was prompt and very nice! Thank you Bitwarden Team for making it a breeze. I used Vaultwarden for quite a while and then pulled the trigger on BW premium and this has just solidified my resolve x50. Thanks a ton.

Had some concerns about unexpected behaviors on my iPhone where Bitwarden password search popped up. I found a contact method on the Bitwarden site where I could submit my question by email. I was pleasantly shocked the receive a reply within an hour with useful answers to both questions I asked. I was able to resolve my issue immediately.

I am quite pleased with my recent experience with custom support. The support I received, via email, seemed to genuinely strive to make sure my issue was ultimately resolved.
My issue was with the poor Help documentation given for attaching a file to Bitwarden vault, which is not intuitive.

Firstly I really appreciate the low-price yearly options for password management. It is a bonus that it is open source and it shows that your priority is privacy- thank you. Support helped me delete a profile I did not have access to anymore and they refunded me the money I had been charged ($40). No hassles, no issues, and timely. Added bonus points for not accidentally deleting my other account that had a similar email. I was expecting this to potentially be an issues (so I backed up my passwords) but everything turned out as planned.

Excellent password manager! It's easy to use, highly secure. The premium plan is very affordable. Highly recommend!

Being a old LastPass user until their hack I'm extremely pleased with Bitwarden but personally need to study its operations more thoroughly soon, there's a lot absorb in its proper usage.
