Since I have opened an account at Nuri they never send me the Visa debit card…!

Mailed them and then they gonna ask me for confirmation if my address is correct.

You guys have all my information and now you want me to confirm every time if the information is correct. You guys are horrible!

They closed my account but I got my money in the end

Updating my review as I did get my money after about a week wait on the support tickets. Still disappointed they closed my accounts, I liked the bank. Great idea, but bad banking partner they have. Probably fine for small amounts and day to day banking, but don't use it as a main bank account for large transactions or amounts, or their banking partner will close your account. Like many smaller banks / fintechs their partner Solarisbank doesn't know how to handle compliance for larger amounts and just panic and close your account....

Not letting me send my money

I have created a Nuri account as I heard some good things but now I am having serious problems. I invested in Bitcoin with my Nuri account and then tried to send it to an external wallet but it won’t let me send. It asks me for a sms one-time-password to send the money but they are not sending me the sms, I have submitted multiple requests with no answer I am starting to think this is a scam because it won’t even let me sell my bitcoin now. I have 300 euros in my Nuri account and they are not letting me send it or trade it? 647340 Is my ticket number I hope you can resolve this without further trouble.

Verification was really an unwelcome process. They got angry they heard someone at the background and said something to me twice. Now i cant make an account anymore. only apply when you have nobody in the room with you.

This morning my account was locked with…

This morning my account was locked with NO obvious reason. Was in the shop to get food and card was declined. Directly contact support ... but 6 hours later still NO reply. I try to find a number I can call... but did not find it.

Support answered after I send about 25 mail's
Reason for blocking my account is I changed my phone number.... crazy. They not contact me or call. Just block the account. Now I had to send a phone bill and copy ID to unlock. I did this direct lo have access to my funds. They confirmed to receive it but the account is still locked. Crazy Bank and support system. DO NOT TAKE A ACCOUNT HERE

After being a bit sceptical with Nuri app I have to say that it is a very reliable and secure way of saving and managing wealth.

I opened my account just a few weeks…

I opened my account just a few weeks ago. Easy process. I Have already encounter the first technical issues on selling bitcoins and so far no response. In a 24/7 market like a crypto it is unacceptable not to have a quick response which in other cases can cost you real money!
Something is wrong here…. I will not discuss about the differences between Nuri and other platform on their purchase of bitcoin … outrageous

mTan not working for operations crypto

Any operation regarding selling or transfering bitcoins failed due to not receiving mTan via SMS. Buying bitcoin succeeded, logging in and sepa transfers i receive sms. But i cannot transfer it to an external wallet or sell it back to fiat. Now my funds are stuck within my nuri wallet.

its been more than a month since they shut my account without a proper reason...I dont care really (theare are plenty of banks around). The point is that i had sent them several emails providing a new account for them to transfer my funds there (that they asked me) and so far no answer whatsoever... They dont reply, no telephone number that replies... a f*** nightmare... is this the german seriousness???
