Am using Nuri from the first Bitwala days. This is the best experience so far regardless crypto. Absolute winner, on par with Bitstamp and far above Binance etc. Nuri is league for itself.

Account blocked without reason and support doesn’t reply
2 weeks ago I registered a bank account with Nuri, verified it with a video call. I sent my new account details to my employer to receive salary there.
A week ago I got a message that my account is temporarily locked without explaining a reason. I sent a request to support immediately, asking for reasons and to unblock it. My salary is already on the account and it’s blocked and nobody is replying me. Couple days ago I sent a follow-up request to support — no response.
My request number is 669764.
I am very upset and disappointed. My profile was checked, I got blocked without reasons, my money is stuck in a locked account and support is ignoring me. Please take action and unblock my account.

Nuri stolen my money
I opened an account in May. There was a problem with the address, but customer service helped to sort it out. I ordered a card, I did not receive the first card. I ordered again, received the card, activated it. I confirmed my identity, I confirmed my address. I received several small transfers to the account, everything was fine until I transferred a larger amount of 1500 euros from my other personal account. After a few days, the account was blocked, but the reason is explained. The strangest thing is that first I received a letter that:
"We regret to inform you that your request to open a Nuri account has not been approved by our partner Solarisbank. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer you an account at this present time."
But I already had an account and used it for 2 months. And the next letter was:
"Your Nuri account has been temporarily locked.
This means you will not be able to login to your account. Any active sessions have also been closed.
We will be in touch shortly with further information."
I filled out even 3 requests:

But so far no one is going to explain why the account is blocked precisely after the transfer of larger amounts of money.
I need my money, I was going to spend it on my new card and now I'm out of it.

I received a reply that Solarisbank is terminating the contract with me. The account was unblocked and allowed to be used until September 5. and then closes. But for what reason is not specified. I asked him to name the reason. At least I could withdraw the money

Not Response from Nuri I need Help
I have recently just opened a bank account with Nuri,
It has been 2 months and I still NOT received my bank card. I have checked my address is correct and have just recently had to pay and order a new card so see if this one will come. As I can’t get my money out without a card.
I have tried emailing numerous times with no response whatsoever. I am really hoping the company can help me with this.

So still waiting 8 days later since my last review and the reply I recieved from Nuri about 'prioritising' my complaint. No surprise that I have heard absolutely nothing back from 'customer service' or 'support', and it is now FIFTY days since I sent all the info required for the transfer of my BTC to a new address! No doubt I will get another totally useless response to this review from the charlatans at Nuri!

I have received email inform that my account has to close, and I have to send request withdraw fiat balance, and also I will be provided option to withdraw digital assets balance via Nuri app within 30 days from the day informed, after this period will have no longer access to login. So I sent signed payment request for withdraw fiat balance, but the account access was always blocked I can't login withdraw digital assets.. I sent email to Nuri support but during fews days they didn't reply me, I don't know when they will return my fiat funds and when can I have access withdraw the digital assets.. Totally don’t recommend. They make a fake promotion, although I met the conditions, I did not receive a bonus because they changed the conditions during the waiting period :)
Action like this is reducing a trust. In addition, the team writes back in German, although the request was sent in English, so communication with foreign clients is also limited.

They never answered nor solved the problem
I sent a lot of messages regarding my problem, but they never responded to me, even they reply here, and they say that very soon someone will help you with your problem, but they never answer, my problem still doesn't solve after three months. I have refered two friends who did…
I have refered two friends who did everything to register and they have received the referals. Nuri team told me that I have made an account only for getting referals and that they won't pay me out. I even order the card and was considering to use it more frequently. It is not fair because I have brought them new costumers and they stoled me my 60 € that I really want to have. I don't recommend using Nuri and expecially doing referals with them.
