Great app, very functional, clean and customer friendly experience. Easy to buy, easy to manage and analyse. No unnecessary costs or hidden fees. Would be great if you could see a graph per coin you invested in, as in at what value you started with the coin and what it has been worth over the past and what it’s worth now, instead of only a graph of your whole wallet and a graph of the coin itself. If only there was an app like this for etf’s.

I did not like usage of mobile and web app
I did not like both mobile app and website even for pro one, I cannot set alarm, my account is on EUR, but I track coins mostly on USD, but I need to convert EUR to USD that I need to pay cost etc. so overall platform is not very easy to trade and track compared to other platforms that I have used so far.

Bitvavo’s main trading pairs are in EUR, though allot of assets are also available in USD. However, deposits and withdrawals are processed in EUR only, so no conversion is required.

I found out that it was a Ponzi scheme…
I found out that it was a Ponzi scheme weeks ago when they refused to pay me I requested for withdrawal 5 times it was disapprove and the customer service is fully of crap ……. Don’t be shy to seek help
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days . Terrible platform stay away!!!!!
