Easy registration and average price
Fast Registration and KYC. Only think is that I could not complete the 2FA and I had to contact support.
There are a lot of transactions for the same order. Initially ai was trying to find the average price and could not find it. Would be great if you can see it.

Professional yet easy to use exchange
I can only review the website, since I did not try the app.
Pro trading interface is really good, with Tradingview charts and tools.
Deposit and withdrawal in EUR by SEPA instant are fast and free.
Withdrawal network fees for crypto are reasonable.
Trading fees are reasonable as well at 0.15/0.25% (Pro exchange).
I am happy with this exchange so far, maybe I will start using it moreoften.

I am extremely disappointed with Bitvavo as a company.
This is not only an individual offense but also a serious indicator of the company’s lack of professionalism and reliability.
When a software developer employed by Bitvavo behaves in such an unethical and hostile way, it inevitably raises concerns about the safety of customer data, the integrity of accounts, and access to critical systems. Allowing such irresponsible behavior from an employee creates justified fears that sensitive user information and account security could be at risk.
I formally reached out to Bitvavo, requesting an apology and disciplinary action. However, the company has refused to take corporate responsibility, failed to act, and in doing so has effectively become complicit in this misconduct.
Bitvavo’s failure to address this matter seriously undermines its brand credibility and places user trust and security in jeopardy. I strongly advise others to take this into consideration before placing any trust in Bitvavo
