Bittrex is operating a massive scam!!!

I'm convinced they are operating a scam. If you put funds with them, you should never expect to get them back. I don't understand how they are even allowed to continue in business.
They randomly block customers accounts and then give you NO WAY to contact them other than a bot that never responds to you - your funds are gone!!!

If something goes wrong

If something goes wrong, like example you send it to an account that was yours, but got changed by bittrex, even though they control the private key they will do nothing to help you and return your coins.

The worst scam sites don't even do that. I am very dissatisfied with their services. I think actually they are not doing so well financially. If they collapse, you lose your money regardless, look at cryptopia, same will happen with bittrex if I look how unfriendly they are.

$160 commission for transferring $1000…

$160 commission for transferring $1000 in USDC.
Do I need to say more?
Tracked my transaction on ETH network. Bittrex obviously sent it the fastest way (without giving a warning or presenting a cheaper option), which cost about $110, and another $50 was just their fee. Reached out to their support, and they are basically telling me to live with it, like "those are the network fees right now".

Worse exchange team i've ever met

Worse exchange team i've ever met. After i earn some money, they just blocking my account, saying that i'm unauthorized person. When i provide them my identification documents, they do ..... nothing. Since August they answer me bul##hit like: "thank you for your patience, you must wait for specialist, we can't help, we will ignore your messages in future".
And their specialists just keep silence. And that is all, the wall. So it looks like they are scam and just steal my money.

Keep away from this exchange, it's looks like they have faced the problems and started steal money...

Proof: tickets 654411, 630110 , 643914 on so on...

August 25th 2021Bittrex stole my wife entire life savings!!

August 25th 2021
Bittrex sent and advertisement to my wife talking about the new BEP-20/ERC-20 Bridge and said they would give her trading credit to sign up. She signed up did the KYC and deposited 15,943.49 DVI coins ($8000) her entire savings!!!! The coins did not arrive and after being dismissed and ignored by support. It was proven they are in possession of her coins but said they do not use the bridge and only use ERC-20 so they are keeping her coins and case closed. They also said they would not respond to her again and ignored her. Their own written policy (have to search to find it) states is you send BEP-20 to a ERC-20 wallet they will only return them for a $2500 fee. I wrote them told them to take the fee and return my wife coins. They refuse and proof has been shown and is public that they have her coins in their possession and in their wallet and refuse to honor their own written contract. They simple say they wont help case closed then ignore any follow up emails. They have this advertisement set up to get people to send BEP-20 to get $2500 out of them but when the money sent is worth more than the $2500 they just steal the whole amount and will breach their own written contract and keep your money. They are now lying even though the proof is public and say they cannot find them. I will post the PUBLIC proof they have them.

Hassle to Trade

Easy to deposit, difficult to withdraw. 10 days holding period for transactions made on debit/credit card is simply too long.

Wallet maintenance can go on forever.

Bittrex falsely claims to support ACH…

Bittrex falsely claims to support ACH transfers from Capital One. Bittrex doesn't support ACH from my regular bank - they should do; Binance and Coinbase do so why doesn't Bittrex? - so I opened a Capital One account. Surprise! Their claim to do so is patently and no doubt intentionally untrue. Of course I contacted their customer support, but all "Kekoa" did was parrot back to me what I had written about Bittrex's deficiencies and fraudulent claims. If there are prizes for Customer DIS-service, then Bittrex clearly deserves at least a Bronze Medal.

These people are cheats

Scammers. I moved house and they didn't recognize my new IP address, well obviously. Then their verification emails weren't getting sent to my email address. They have a second website just to contact them. I had to drive to my old house and sit in my car to gain access to the wifi so I could then transfer my coins to a different wallet provider. They were no help. Totally disgusting behaviour. Massive relief now I have them stored else where.
