Just like all the reviews say, Bittrex exchange is a scam, they will lock your account and steal all your money at some point in time, it might work a few times and goes smoothly but out of nowhere your account can get shut down and your money gone forever and the support will tell you there is nothing they can do. Please don’t use this garbage of an exchange and let them run themselves to the ground.

They don't have a customer service. It is not possible to add bank account to withdraw cash. I deposited only 10 EUR to check how it works. They had no problem to take the cash but now it is not possible to withdraw it.

DO NOT USE IT !

They took all of my coin with reason ID verification but they did not give me a chance to verify ID. Stay away!!!

I've my account disabled for more than a year, they haven't replied in months without any solution or reason why it's not SOLVE yet.

I like Bittrex because of the amount of different coins it supports. Being said that, their fees are a little bit salty in comparison with other exchanges.
Another thing I would like to point is they disable certain coins for maintenance without any info beforehand as no info when the maintenance will be completed. It's rather annoying as you can't count on them the slightest.

Horrible customer service.
Wanted to close my account and tere is no option to do it. One should write customer support. However that is outsoruced and one needs to register at another site just to get support. Then it will not delete the account but you need to send a second message that you really want to close the account immediately after the first or they will close the ticket.

Then I got the confirmation that my accont was closed. However I still got account notifictions by e-mail. After months I asked back what happened. Then support suddenly pretends that they are not responsible for my account because the support website is a different one for international customers. So registering to yet another website and doing the same steps. 6 months after my first account "closure" my account is still not closed.

Garbage app where the security feature locks you out of your account, says you need to respond to an email sent...then never sends it no matter how many times you try to log back in. Tech service useless. Closed open ticket as solved. Same issue.

UNBELIEVABLE BAD (AND COSTLY) EXPERIENCE

Be careful with these guys.. Bittrex can and will hold your crypto hostage for no apparent reason. In my case they blocked my account after new regulation requirements.
I told Bittrex that in my opinion the new regulations were to heavy for me as a small trader and wanted to leave the platform.
Although I fulfilled all demands for leaving Bittrex and for them to close my account, they just don't release the account and don't reply to any complain tickets besides an automatic response. They just won't let you leave and seize your money.
I can't get to my Crypto's now for four months.
This is nothing less than criminal. So, as said, an unbelievable bad (and costly) experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys...

Been trying to get my account unlocked for over a month. Their "customer service" is absolutely horrible. I'm stuck in a loop with them.

Scammers, even after doing the Know Your Customer verification process they still don't allow you acces to your funds.

Tried to withdraw grin before wallet removal. Withdrawal is pending for other a month now started a support ticket another ago and the only updates i get are saying yes working on it it will be fixed soon. Terrible customer service. Not first time I had bad experience with their CS.
Update: so now they keep setting ticket to resolved, even though my founds were not withdrawn and are still stuck in pending status

I tried to reopen the case but they just keep setting it to solved, BUT nothing was solved, the outbound transfer are in pending state and my main founds are still on their wallet which they are removing. If anyone can advise on authorities to contact I'll be happy to report them.

This is a very very bad scammer platform. Locked my account and my coins. I cant access them now.

I was just checking. It is a 100 % scam platform.
There are a lot of people that got stuck either with accounts errased, or funds taken away, or validating ID for months and then apply high fees for getting your coins.

Hi I would like to give a strong warning to all miners please do not use Bittrex Global. They look legit and they may allow you to use their exchange but be aware that eventually your coins will not be credited to your account. The excuse may be currency maintenance and your coins become inactive for a long time. While other exchanges you are still able to send your coins and trade. People should act and do not use this exchange they will not come back to you. The request number you have received you will not be able to view. I have tried several times and it comes up with incorrect password, even after I have changed the password. SCAMMER SCAMMERs should be renamed to Shittrex

Poor communication and in spite of complying with ID requirements, after over two weeks I am STILL locked out of my account and have no access to my assets.

Update 27 October - after a whole month they finally gave me access to MY account again, with no explanation or apology. Worst customer service experience ever. If it was possible to give them zero as a score, I would.
