Bitoasis completely misses the point of…
Bitoasis completely misses the point of crypto currencies. The key driver for crypto is direct ownership without intermediairies and third party mediation. In other words, no invasive and expensive banks.
Then here comes Bitoasis with a KYC process even the most obnoxious bank would envy. Even after jumping through all their hoops they STILL ask you for totally unacceptable information when transacting on their platform. No thanks.

Blocked my BTC withdrawal with minimum send
We have recently relocated to the UK. According to their policy, we are required to withdraw all the funds from my account. They have updated my husband's contact number, and have successfully made a small BTC withdrawal. However, facing an issue with the minimum send limit on my husband's account, which is preventing him from accessing his balance of around 1300 USD in BUFF Wallet. The support team keeps sending scripted emails asking him to update his Emirates ID, but nobody is providing u with a clear answer or resolving the matter. The exit process is incredibly painful due to poor communication within the internal team, and no lead time on when the matter will be resolved.
Note: Today 12:55 UK time the ticket has been closed again.
Is this a scam??, as now we have left the country??
