I wanted to try the turmeric for pain in my hips. Was told that turmeric would be really helpful. The product is fine the company is rather shady. I only wanted to try it so I ordered 1 bottle. Unfortunately I didnt realize I was buying into a subscription. I didnt want a subscription. I have been going back and forth with their customer service person, who tells me my refund for the auto shipment that I didnt authorize would process in 3 to 5 business days. Thats been over a month and counting. Beware!!!!!

One star is too much but won't review no stars. I ordered one and was then send more without my consent costing £40.
I emailed this company to cancel and was informed I had to sign in which I duly did to find the site unnavigable and no option for cancellation available. Thankfully my bank will no longer accept requests from them.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered this product thinking it was a one-time purchase, but it turned out to be a subscription that was not clearly disclosed during checkout.
I cancelled the order before shipment. The company initially confirmed that the order had not left the warehouse, and the tracking only showed “shipment information received.”
Despite this, they still processed the shipment. I did not collect the package, and it was returned to the sender.
Even after this, I have not received any refund, and my support ticket was closed without resolving the issue.
This experience has been very frustrating. The subscription setup is misleading, and the refund process is extremely poor.
I strongly advise others to read everything very carefully before ordering and avoid this kind of hidden subscription.
Sharing my experience so others do not face the same situation.
Update:
The company responded claiming the order was delivered and asking for return proof. However, I did not collect the parcel from the pickup point, so it should have been automatically returned to sender.
I had already cancelled the order before shipment, and their team confirmed it had not left the warehouse at that time.
I have requested refund and return instructions multiple times, but still no clear resolution has been provided.
I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback and a formal consumer complaint.

Do Not Buy From This Company! Their business practise is deceptive and dishonest. Beware, you will end up receiving a subscription without being aware that you hsve signed up to one and more product will be charged and sent to you. Their response is "too busy to respond" or irrelevant denial. Stay away!

I ordered 3 bottles of Turmeric it took about 6 weeks to arrive. They were excellent kept updating progress and I was relatively happy . The turmeric appeared to work and i felt lodes better , less joint pain etc. So I placed a second order mid January expecting similar delivery we are now late April and no product, no refund and a number of excuses as to what has happened. Sham company I would go for something similar from grape tree or Holland and Barrett. At least you have the product.

I ordered this product after seeing an ad on facebook, and reading the reviews. A month on, I have not received the product. I have emailed the customer service team who said they’re investigating the matter, but have not received an update. Deeply frustrating

Placed an order on April 2, credit card was charged for the amount. According to the site, orders are processed and shipped within a couple of days. It is now 15 days later and I have not received the order or any correspondence indicating when it will be sent. I have tried emailing the company using their email address several times but have not gotten a reply. I have also tried the phone number but it is always busy. Have filed a complaint with my credit card company. Extremely annoyed.
Contacted company through email as directed by their response, but have not heard back. Hopefully problem with order will be resolved quickly.
