There’s no need to use the link in the email. Customers just need to log in using the exact same email address used when placing the order. Once cancelled, there will be no further subscription orders processed or shipped.

Cancel anytime.” This is shown prominently so customers can clearly see that they are choosing the automatic-refill subscription before completing their purchase.
The subscription is also completely flexible. Customers have access to their own customer portal where they can freely manage or cancel their subscription at any time. Once the subscription is cancelled, there will be no future subscription orders or shipments.
We have also checked the subscription associated with *****n@iclou.com, and we can confirm that it has already been cancelled. No further subscription orders will be generated or shipped under that subscription.

I only like to order when I need…
I only like to order when I need products. Upon ordering I noticed that there would be a monthly subscription and that worried me. I had ordered once before with no worries and wasn’t asked to do a monthly order. That was a big plus for me. On the second order you mentioned monthly order and that almost turned me off ordering at all. I immediately emailed your company and said I didn’t want to order monthly and you messaged me back informing me that I didn’t have to do monthly orders. I only hope that in future orders I can do the same and only order when needed not monthly.

Product was great and subscritpion always arrives on time. Flexible with sebscription plans which is very convenient.
To be honest...the reason I am canceling is that I am canadian and have been switching all my products I invest in to Canadian made products first and foremost. Beyond that I look at other countries besides the USA. I cannot support a country right now that has the present leader it does as he is destroying everything he touches and threatens our country everyday. I hope one day this will change.
