The withdrawal process on this platform is usually pretty smooth. It tends to be quick, but I’ve noticed some occasional delays. As for P2P, it works well enough, though there have been moments where the trades took longer than expected. The overall experience is decent, but it’s not always flawless. Not perfect, but definitely one of the better platforms I’ve used. What stood out for me was how responsive their customer support is. Had a small issue with deposit once and it got resolved faster than I expected when I reached out to them via their telegram platform.

Dont try any leverage trading with them ! They will liquidate your position before it reach 80% margin. Litterally, they will steal 20% of your margin to "protect them from slippage" My ass, their "insurance fund" must be full now.
+ TERRIBLE EUR/USDT CHANGE normally 1.16 now its 1.06 they STEAL YOU 80$ if you buy 1000e, SO 8% STOLEN FROM REAL VALUE.
Their support is terrible --> even when you speak to an agent, they act like bots, they never understand a word you say except when you leave insults they react quick. I WILL NEVER PUT A SINGLE DOLLAR INTO THIS BROKER ANYMORE. STEALING PEOPLE MONEY BY ANY POSSIBLE WAY !!! I will ask for my 300$ in missed change. As a costumer i have the right to cancel my orders and get reimboursed. If they will not rembourse me. I will go to court against them. Enough is enough.

I’m sharing this as a serious warning to anyone using BingX.
On April 21, 2024, I created my BingX account and funded it with a total of 40,010 USDT through P2P purchases. I used this amount to buy various cryptocurrencies like SUI, AGIX, PYR, APT, MATIC, and others. I also used part of it for copy trading inside the platform.
Then suddenly, my account was reset as if it was new, with my balance showing zero and no transaction history. The support claimed I had made no deposits – even though I provided:
Emails from BingX confirming the transfers
Screenshots of transfer details
Proof of crypto purchases
My trading history
My wallet activity
A remaining balance of 1,630 USDT which they later acknowledged
Yet, their responses keep changing:
At first they claimed my account was deleted
Then they said I had withdrawn everything
Then they acknowledged finding 1,630 USDT
Then they told me to “check my account” – which is now a fresh account with no record of anything
After I escalated the issue, they referred me to another email (s), and I sent everything again. It’s been over 5 days – no response. I’ve contacted BingX support multiple times, only to receive delayed, repetitive, and careless replies, often asking me the same questions I've already answered in full.
At this point, it's clear their support is incompetent and possibly deliberately avoiding the issue. I’ve even had to correct their mistakes for them.
I’ve now begun working with a legal advisor to file formal complaints and report the case to regulatory authorities.
If you're thinking of using BingX – BE CAREFUL. Their platform and customer service are not trustworthy, and this is not a small amount to "lose."

BingX is a complete scam. They promise bonuses and airdrops they never deliver. I contacted them 5 times and every single reply was a worthless bot message that didn’t solve anything. They don’t care about their users at all. They just waste your time and money. I got so fed up I deleted my account. Don’t trust this fake platform or you’ll lose your time, money, and patience. BingX is garbage.

After giving me a deposit wallet address, I transferred crypto into the account, then they tell me that the recipient is unable to receive funds, after removing their fees. Scam Exchange
I couldn't reply to your comment in my previous review As i explained before, I do not have access to my account therefore I'm not able to send you the UID, the only thing I can provide you with is my email address: tana.miyuki @ proton.me even though I did it through Twitter and your Twitter admin ignores my messages. Please note that by blocking my account you are posing serious threats for my security too, because now I am forced to share my email address publicly here because you do not let me login to get my UID.
Do not trust this exchange; they will steal your funds. I deposited 4,000 USDT for trading, and like any trader, I made several trades, most of which I lost. However, when I made a successful trade that generated over 24,000 USDT in profit, they suddenly blocked my account. When I tried to log back in, the system indicated that I could access my account again after 1 to 3 days. Now, over a month later, I still cannot log in.
I contacted their live chat support, but instead of resolving my issue, they directed me to email support, which took even more time. In the emails, they asked for absurd information, such as proof of employment and a screenshot of the profit and loss from other exchanges. After providing all the requested information, they unilaterally decided to terminate my account, claiming that my significant profit was due to an "abnormal source of funds."
They qualified my initial deposit of 4,000 USDT as abnormal, despite me showing evidence of the withdrawal, cumulative profit and loss, and the KYC information that matched my account on another exchange. Ironically, they were silent about the source of my funds when I was losing trades, only to question them once I made a profit.
In their agreement, they offered to refund my initial deposit of 4,000 USDT. However, when I asked to log in and verify my funds, they refused, insisting I sign the agreement immediately. Alarmingly, the agreement includes a clause that prevents me from disclosing any information about the refund arrangement to third parties or making negative comments about the platform. This term suggests they are desperate to hide their actions and limit public awareness of their practices.
Ultimately, they wanted to return only my initial deposit, indicating that as long as I lost money while trading, I would be fine, but once I made a profit, they expected me to leave my earnings with them. Please beware of this exchange!
