Excellent quality biltong and meat
Excellent quality biltong and meat. Wish I can enjoy the chunky bites a bit more - they tend to go off within 48hours of opening the packs and I often forget to finish them in time!

The food has always been first class. We have, essentially, ordered grass fed steak and lamb so far. We DID have a couple of delivery issues but last 2 have been no problem so ... very satisfied, thanks.

Shipping is good
Shipping is good. Packaging is great. Meat quality is good. Price is reasonable. Just that the meat cut that came in are short of 300gram or 600gram as advertised and paid for. Perhaps an account to credit back the differences on the next purchase would be great..!

Superb delivery service. Got next day delivery just in time for my Xmas party, and the frozen meat was well kept in the thermal bag.
If I must make any suggestion, a delivery time frame narrower than 6 hours would be helpful.

Quality produce at reasonable prices - a must try!
I've ordered twice now from Biltong Chief and must compliment them on their quality products! I keep ordering the sirloin and the ribeye because they thick cuts, leaner (i.e not too fatty through the meat) which is perfect for pan frying. The seafood is also very fresh, the barramundi is a winner! One can't go past a pack of Biltong which is a must try...very modestly priced compared to other stores in Hong Kong.
My favourite purchase has been the cape malay curry beef skewers, absolutely delicious!
Do go past an order from Biltong Chief for your next meat party!
