I sent them an email (using the address on their website) a day and a half (36 hrs) in advance, asking to organise a transfer of my family from Lalandia to a car hire location in Grindsted. They did not reply. Most of the email I sent, was written in Danish. Due to their non-acknowledgement and no reply I sent another email to cancel the request 24 hours later.
I booked a taxi from Billund Taxi over the phone an hour in advance for a specific time, as my family had a scheduled visit to Lego House. When the taxi didn't arrive on time, I called to check and was rudely told that it would be there in 5 to 15 minutes, and if we didn't want to wait, we could walk. After waiting another 10 minutes, I called again, only to be met with extreme rudeness. The driver claimed I had called him five times, stated he was very busy, and said that even if I booked a taxi for a certain time, it didn’t mean it would be there. This service is both unreliable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using Billund Taxi.
