Cherry is receiving a 1-star review…
Cherry is receiving a 1-star review from us as they fail completely in their mission statement, “which is to make veterinary medicine more accessible to those who may struggle financially.” Cherry mailed us a solicitation to consider using Cherry to help accomplish service for patients in need but are unable to financially support their pet’s health care needs. Upon applying for their service, they after soliciting us, came up with an excuse that we did not qualify for use of their service because of poor client reviews and poor banking reputation.
We are a practice of over 50 years, and our banking is beyond reproach with Platinum Customer reputation with our bank. Our reviews as are common with a wide-ranging veterinary service such as we are, have both very good and poor expressions.
Furthermore, we are a City Top 3 2025 Business Award winner. This company is not someone you should want to do business with. We suspect that the promises they make, like the ridiculous reasons for deciding not to do business with us is not a truthful statement. Furthermore, it appears they are trying to tell you how to do business not to help people receive an option to help their pet.
It is sad that a company that represents itself as a savior for the less fortunate pet owner is reducing the chances of those people receiving help with their veterinary expenses.
At the end of the day, I am very glad we were not accepted by Cherry because in reading other reviews on Trustpilot.com it sounds like this company is very much a scam. Nothing about helping people afford care for their pets.
