Purchased items for my daughters birthday, and one of the sweatshirts is faulty I've sent photos bad requested but now no one is responding, I just want to send it back for a refund, absolutely awful customer service, avoid buying from here
I have ordered from them more than 2 weeks ago. I received an email saying they would send my order in 2 packages.
The first one I received through DLP (Belgium) without a problem. However, I haven’t received the 2nd package and the tracking number they gave me from chronopost doesn’t work — it says it’s invalid.
They haven’t replied to my customer service message in more than a week and their customer service phone number doesn’t even ring.
At this point I am completely in the dark.
My order was put on billabon.dk advertising 'free shipping and return'. Orders was sent from Belgium - and arrived one week later when I was on holiday! No free return unless you are a member, so had to pay return costs. Pacage returned to Billabong four days ago and I still haven't had a mail or return money.
