Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I purchased an office chair in November and was sent the wrong item. This only became apparent after opening the box, as the product had the same name but was a different colour.
The company initially offered an exchange, but the process took much longer than expected, so I requested a refund instead. Despite returning the chair in mint condition, I was charged €40 simply for opening the box.
Very poor customer service from Jorge and his colleagues. I would not recommend buying from this company. Not only they don't apologise for their mistake, they make the customer pay for ir. It's wild!
