Zero communication, parcel lost? Disaster for EU delivery.

Prices are great, but the customer service and delivery are a total disaster. I ordered a bike (Order #67724971) on March 31st. It was allegedly shipped on April 8th with an estimated delivery of April 14-15th. Today is May 1st, and I have received nothing.

​This is a delivery within the EU, yet it feels like I’m waiting for a parcel from the other side of the world. I have contacted support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same automated bot replies. They are unable to provide a working tracking link or even confirm the physical location of the parcel. Their "investigation" has no timeline and provides zero information.

​The lack of transparency is unacceptable. If I don't get a real human response and a working tracking link, I am proceeding with a chargeback through my bank next week. Very disappointing experience.

Import Fees - Unknown Hidden Charges

BIkeinn does not make you aware of import and UPS brokerage fees prior to placing an order for shipment to the USA. These fees will add about 20 percent to your order which will wipe away any discount you thought you were getting. Also, UPS brokerage fees are as much as the import fee. With all these fees, ordering from Bikeinn for shipment to the USA is highly not recommended!

Since the customs duties are calculated according to the type/value of the goods and other factors unknown to us, we cannot include them in the final price. These and the applicable customs fees are automatically billed separately by the shipping company; please contact them as they handle this process.

That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)

We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.

In addition to the purchase price and the transport costs, you will also find the VAT stated as 0 on your invoice.

Giving 1 star is too much

Giving 1 star is too much. This company is not serious. I am extremely intrigued about how they really operate. They take your money upfront + shipping not cheap. They hold your money and the product. 3 or 4 Weeks later want to refund your money because they can not deliver your item. Imagine that in the 21st century. I keep wondering what a great business it is for myself, I should Start pretending to sell people things take their money, invest for a month and make a profit with someone else's money.

An all round brilliant experience

An all round brilliant experience. Trying to find a straight steerer good air fork which was new even tho its an older model was a task in itself. I found this website by chance, and I will thank the Lords for that. I was looking for a RockShox 100mm Recon straight steerer quick release for a decent price. Trying to find the specs above isnt easy on old straight steerers. Great price found it easy to find items and order them. Yes I think its European and knew it would take a little while to arrive here in the UK a week, but no taxes or import duties needed paying. If I need anything again I would be happy to buy from them again. A very happy customer 😀

Growing old waiting for delivery..

Original order delivery date given as 2/4/2026 it is now nearly 4 weeks later and I have only an e-mail to say its ready to be dispatched , to go with the one previously saying we are preparing your order. All very disingenuous , delay in delivery makes this site unfit for purpose. Avoid.

Great product, terrible service.

I ordered six NeverSecond gels from BikeInn. This is the second or third time I've used them.
Once you make the order - and a whopping £6.99 is charged for using Royal Mail) you get a window of delivery - which they fail to stick to.
I ordered on April 19 and was given a window of April 22-24. Finally, the box arrived on April 27, a week later. There was zero packaging in the box, which was so big you could fit a pair of shoes in and too large to go through the post box.
My previous order had a delivery date of March 19-24 for which I was charged £4.99 for delivery was also delivered outside the promised window.
Both were simple orders made unnecessarily expensive and complex. There's also no consistency on shipping costs.
I hope NeverSecond gets stocked elsewhere, soon.

Terrible 1st time experience

Terrible 1st time experience. Ordered £60 worth of parts from them as it was well priced and in stock. Order should have arrived within a few days. Didn't get any updates but checked back after a week to find out that half my order was out of stock and the shipping date was now two weeks away. Emailed support, got a reply in German, didn't answer any of my questions. AVOID!

Mixed experience

Mixed experience. Sometimes, the order arrives perfectly. Perhaps 1-2 days later than indicated, but that's not a big deal. However, things went wrong with one order I placed recently. The package was delivered in a parcel shop, and I could pick it up with a code. However, the code did not work. I contacted DPD (they have a working phone number on their website and provide good support, as far as they can, so compliments to DPD!!). Apparently there was a technical problem with the lockers that would be fixed in a day, and they asked me to contact BikeInn/TradeInn to arrange a new pickup code. However, BikeInn did not understand my request for a new code. They started an investigation with DPD where my package was, and I would be informed 10-14 working days later. My package was not lost, as it was actually in that locker that I could not open. A few days passed, I emailed with BikeInn several times, but after 5 working days the package was send back to BikeInn by DPD as you have only a few working days to pick up the package. BikeInn said they would process the package, but so far I have heard nothing... The package was returned by DPD on the 16th of April, and now where the 30th of April... I've just send them an email demanding a full refund of my payment ASAP, let's hope for the best...

After posting this review, I received an email stating my money was refunded and it actually was.

Everything went smoothly. The package arrived on time and the store is legit.

Received the wrong product (dry weather…

Received the wrong product (dry weather bike lube in stead of all weather bike lube). Made a report with Bikeinn. They asked me to send it back for inspection. Very inefficient, time consuming and difficult.
Decided to keep the product and buy the correct product at my local bike shop.
