I had Chloe Smith as my handler and she has been amazing. With keeping me updated the whole journey since I've had her. Helped me as best as she could and very grateful for it. Been through 2 claims with these and they've been great throughout.

Going through the claim process has been awful with very little help or guidance from my insurance company. However Bike Assist Legal (Dylan), had my corner and worked hard to get a resolution to my claim to recover my damaged riding equipment and other uninsured losses. It has taken over a year but I am happy its now behind me.
