Fair prices, lots of products, more you buy the cheaper the shipping. Comes in expected dates

Very disappointed with the delivery service from DPD. The driver did not even attempt to deliver the package to my home. If there is no phone number or if nobody answers the phone immediately, they seem to send the parcel directly to a pickup point instead of actually trying to deliver it. This is not acceptable and defeats the purpose of home delivery.

The order was sent two times.

Im still waiting for my refund and will order from an other online seller which work with an other delivery company.

As always, a great experience. Products are always packed carefully and shipped quickly. This was my 10th order at Bike24, all of them without any issues.

not clear why i am not able to order more than 2 pairs of this shifter when it is stated available to ship to Singapore. I wanted 4 pairs but not allowed without any explanations.

Extremely fast shipping, decent packaging. The bike itself was set relatively well. Small break and shifting adjustments were needed but that’s totally normal.

On 27 April, I placed a fairly important order with BIKE24. The order was advertised with a delivery timeframe that I relied on, but the GLS tracking has not been updated since 1 May. As of 6 May, there is still no meaningful update. Meanwhile, another package I ordered days later has already arrived, which makes this even more frustrating.

I contacted BIKE24 by email and have been waiting for days without a proper reply. I also called customer service, but despite ordering through the Dutch website, the phone support did not speak Dutch and could not actually help me. I was simply told to wait at least another day.

This is not acceptable for an order of over €200, especially when customers plan around the advertised delivery window. Because the package has not arrived on time, I may now have to extend my stay just to receive it. That causes real inconvenience and potential extra costs.

At this point, I expect BIKE24 to properly investigate the shipment, provide a clear update, and refund the shipping costs at minimum, since the order has not been delivered within the advertised timeframe.

Very disappointing. In 2026, even much cheaper international sellers like AliExpress often manage faster delivery and clearer shipping updates than this. BIKE24 really needs to improve its logistics and customer support.

I orederd from them on the 25th April, was told 4-8 business days . Have now been told i will get my package by the 11th May, as its still in Germany, quick enough to take payment but not with the delivery

They are really fast in sending the items, and even if you return sth they work on it right away!

used to be best place to buy, however something went wrong, past 3-4 purchases are complete disaster, ordering goods on a weekend, getting dispatched only on a coming Friday in a best case scenario, last purchase took a week to send it out and it used to same day dispatch...

The packing are poor! Every time I receive the good with packing damaged.

Honestly one of the best bicycle supply stores I've seen. Fantastic if you live in western Europe. But sometimes they do run out of stock on certain items so if you see something you like keep an eye on it so you don't get surprised when it gets sold out.

Delivery? When will I get my package? I ordered on the 25th of April 2 bike tires. Its now the 4th of May and still no deliver!

Order was "shipped" and has not moved since the 1st of May. Tracking says "expected delivery 1-5-2026" and that has now come and gone with no update.

Where is my order?

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU EXPECT DELIVERY.

Even on my order the EXPECTED DELIVERY was the 30th of April.

What is going on with the place? Either give me what I paid for or my money back.

Bike24 has excellent offering, competitive pricing and possibility for express delivery and great return service. All that is needed for 5 star online shop.
