Bike24 shipped my order within 24 hours, and delivery was made in just 2 days. The products I ordered were out of stock in almost every online store. Great service!

The price of the item and discount are very good.

Many items in inventory, competitive prices, fast shipping. All good. Returns are also easy in case something does not fit.

Eight months after I bought my power, meter it died. I I’ve just emailed them about it and got an immediate reply with DHL QR code to return the product and claim the warranty. Client service at its best!

Smooth process of finding and buying bike stuff.

One of my favorite online stores. Really good regular prices and great deals. Incredibly cheap shipping to Switzerland, and free returns (which I value especially when ordering clothes). I had an issue with one of my orders, and the customer support acted quickly and provided me with a satisfying solution.

Edit: soon after writing this review, Bike24 raised shipping costs from 2,49 to 5,99 (for orders over 100 EUR), and from 4,99 to 9,99 (for orders below 100 EUR).

Best European bike shop!

Nice shop, price and handling - but living outside the EU (Norway) return gets very costly and I could not find any info in advance saying return is not free in this case.
Will not buy from them again due to this.

Edit: The response here is not true. I was told by phone that Bike24 will NOT cover the returns. I have sent 3 polite emails via contact form without any response.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered and paid for a bicycle, and I have been waiting for 12 days already, yet I still have no idea whether it will even be shipped. The customer service representatives speak very poor English and are unable to provide me with any useful information.

I buy all my bike parts from BIKE24 whenever possible and in fact, I even bought a brand new bike from them earlier this year. Their customer service is fantastic, the prices are great (and they offer price guarantee), quick and fairly priced shipping. It's my favorite place to shop everything bike related.
