bike24 team help please

I've panicking and crying, the information is very confusing with 14 and 30 days being used interchangeably for the information for how long you have for return situations, people saying it takes 14 days for a reply. I've never done returns before and cancellations on orders before were done by a button simply. This order cannot be cancelled since apr 30 to may 1st anymore, the delivery tracking info appears as unavailable, the package is being prepared, however the cancellation of the delivery says its no longer possible to cancel since the order has been processed.

I had to write a cancellation request, and after that, I noticed that the email says that you're legally bound to deliver it back once it arrived if you filled such a form. I contacted the custommer support through form again to try to see if I can cancel the cancellation form in any way because I'm struggling with a lot of stressful health appointments and stress with surgery scheduled and I have never done anything like this, locally DHL is inexistent and last time I used DHL it was a nightmare.

Can anyone contact me please, I tried to call but its too late, I don't know what to do as I want to try to avoid returning the package at all cost, and I already filled a form for order cancellation which was a huge mistake. I don't know how to fix all this, I hope im not legally bound for return and i can cancel my cancellation request or just pay again if they are gonna send a refund before they read my new emails and forms.

Despite my full address was being…

Despite my full address was being entered into my bike24's account, it had somehow been cut short by bike24 system and then given to DHL. The incomplete delivery address had almost resulted in non delivery by DHL.
This is not the first time it happened.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Please note that there are two different entry fields at our checkout - one for the invoice address and another for the delivery address. While you gave a very detailed address for the invoice, you only provided a shortened version for the delivery.

Zero empathy for a €5.3k purchase – Avoid if you value customer service

After purchasing a €5,300 bike, I had to chase them for just to get a simple status update. After two weeks of silence, I was told there was a fault with a light and they were waiting for a replacement. When I followed up again a week later asking for a realistic ETA, the response was literally: "We cannot say how long it will take, cancel the order if you do not want to wait."

No apology, no empathy, and zero concern for a customer who has already committed a significant amount of money. If this is how they treat you during the pre-sale, I can’t imagine the nightmare of a post-sale or warranty claim. I have cancelled my order and will be taking my business to a shop that actually values its customers. Truly disappointing experience.

They send me wrong the products and no answer

They send me wrong the products, I made a claim and still had to wait from Thursday to Monday for an answer or solution because they were “checking with warehouse”. Unbelievable.

I am buying from Bike24 for years

I am buying from Bike24 for years. It was always quickly delivered, and when I return what I don’t want, I quickly get my money back. The web page is good, with a lot of descriptions, pictures, reviews, and excellent search and filtering options.

A week since order was placed

A week since order was placed, still not shipped. I have reached out to bike24 two time via email now and no luck. I am in disbelief of the total lack of communication and updates as something is clearly wrong with my order. I wonder if I ever get the items I have ordered or a refund.

Great site
