Ordered, paid but no product being shipped

Ordered May 2nd, now it is May 11th and no movement on my order , the article was in stock and I calles the service department May 6th and they gave me a long story about order volume and that my order should be dispatched May 6th or 7th. On May 8th Bike24 created a ticket with DHL since then no change. Bike24 says on their website "Thanks to our automated storage system all products marked with this icon will be shipped on the same day without additional charge if ordered before 3 p.m. (CET) on business days (Monday to Friday). As a rule, delivery takes place on the following business day."
A very sad experience with promt processing and delivery

Hi Bike24 you have not explained why my order has not been shipped 10 days after placing the order

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry that you need to wait longer for your order than expected. However, there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the shipping promise. This only applies for items marked with the clock symbol. As this service is currently deactivated, you won't find any such items. All product pages transparently display the currently long shipping times.

Slow to ship

Excruciatingly slow to ship. It took them over a week to dispatch 2 tires and 2 tubes. Of course they use GLS so the shipping itself is also very slow with poor tracking.

Their prices might be good but all in all, it will have taken more than 15 days for me to receive my order. So I guess if you're not in a hurry it might be ok, but if you really need something quick, don't count on them!

Not all bike shops have everything you need for a bike. These guys have bearings
This has a signigicant bearing on future places to look for bike parts.

Very disappointed with the delivery…

Very disappointed with the delivery service from DPD. The driver did not even attempt to deliver the package to my home. If there is no phone number or if nobody answers the phone immediately, they seem to send the parcel directly to a pickup point instead of actually trying to deliver it. This is not acceptable and defeats the purpose of home delivery.

The order was sent two times.

Im still waiting for my refund and will order from an other online seller which work with an other delivery company.

not clear why i am not able to order…

not clear why i am not able to order more than 2 pairs of this shifter when it is stated available to ship to Singapore. I wanted 4 pairs but not allowed without any explanations.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the ordering process was not clear for you and that you were unable to order the desired quantity in a single order.

The reason for this is a legal requirement for shipments to Singapore: the total order value must not exceed 265.00 EUR (which corresponds approximately to the local GST threshold of 400 SGD). Since we are unable to apply different tax rules within an order, this limitation is technically necessary.

For this reason, it was unfortunately not possible to order four pairs in one single order.

Solid service and fast delivery

Extremely fast shipping, decent packaging. The bike itself was set relatively well. Small break and shifting adjustments were needed but that’s totally normal.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that there has been some confusion regarding the payment notification. I can well understand how frustrating this must be for you.

As we have already informed you separately by email, the payment has been correctly recorded in our system and is fully processed. We are unable to generate or cancel duplicate authorisations. However, depending on your bank, authorisations may continue to appear even though the amount has already been debited.

Such reservations are usually automatically lifted within a few days. For a quicker resolution, we recommend that you contact your bank directly.

Horrible shipping experience

On 27 April, I placed a fairly important order with BIKE24. The order was advertised with a delivery timeframe that I relied on, but the GLS tracking has not been updated since 1 May. As of 6 May, there is still no meaningful update. Meanwhile, another package I ordered days later has already arrived, which makes this even more frustrating.

I contacted BIKE24 by email and have been waiting for days without a proper reply. I also called customer service, but despite ordering through the Dutch website, the phone support did not speak Dutch and could not actually help me. I was simply told to wait at least another day.

This is not acceptable for an order of over €200, especially when customers plan around the advertised delivery window. Because the package has not arrived on time, I may now have to extend my stay just to receive it. That causes real inconvenience and potential extra costs.

At this point, I expect BIKE24 to properly investigate the shipment, provide a clear update, and refund the shipping costs at minimum, since the order has not been delivered within the advertised timeframe.

Very disappointing. In 2026, even much cheaper international sellers like AliExpress often manage faster delivery and clearer shipping updates than this. BIKE24 really needs to improve its logistics and customer support.

Delivery

I orederd from them on the 25th April, was told 4-8 business days . Have now been told i will get my package by the 11th May, as its still in Germany, quick enough to take payment but not with the delivery
