The quality of work is excellent. But a request I logged with Hubtiger seemed not to have been received, and the times of collection and return are less flexible than they used to be.

Good repair, but slow...
Further to reply, I didn't receive a text and there was nothing in my spam, but I appreciate you likely had issues.
I booked my bike in for a simple replacement rear tube. Bike repaired fine. My only issue is with the front page of the website which states 'free delivery and collection' and 'from 48hr turnaround'. It took 2 weeks from booking to having my bike returned and I was also charged for collection and delivery. Once bike was fixed, there was no communication for days and I had to enquire, whereupon it was delivered the next day. I suspect the free collection is offered only for a more expensive service but the website is not clear and you need to be aware of this.

Hi Duopastorale, thanks for your feedback and sorry that you weren't fully satisfied with the service. We will definitely look into making it more explicit on our homepage that free collection & delivery only applies when you book a service (as opposed to small repair).
Regarding the extended timescale, I can see we collected your bike on 23rd June and it was ready to return on 25th. We send a text for customers to schedule return delivery once work is complete - but in your case return wasn't booked until 4th July. We have been experiencing issues with some customer messages going directly to spam folders - so presume you were effected. We are looking at ways to prevent this happening going forward and apologise it impacted your experience.

The guy checked it over tightened up the wheel, bit of tweaking, oil, rode it about to check & bingo! He didn't even charge me.
These guys are absolute legends. If only more companies put their customers 1st. 👏 🙌
