Great service for skydiving in USA

Misleading policies
Note how the good reviews are generated in reply to their email asking for feedback straight after purchase. They judge the purchase process, not the actual claim process or company honesty. They do have very misleading policies and documentation. You are sent a document that includes very clearly with the ✅ icon personal effects. But of course, that is actually optional. Written in a way that makes you think you are buying a good insurance. It is one of the most expensives I have ever bought, and I wish I looked into the more traditional ones.

Thank you for your review. To clarify the context, this situation arose because we were unable to cover your damaged phone: the Gadgets & Valuables add-on was not purchased.
At checkout, you selected the Missed Flight Connections optional extra, which shows that you viewed the list of available add-ons. The Gadgets & Valuables section, covering items like mobile phones, was displayed alongside it, but it was not selected and no premium was paid for that cover. Without that add-on in place, Insurers cannot assess a claim for a damaged phone.
Our policies are not misleading. The documents clearly show which sections are included as standard and which are optional. We also provide Baggage cover free of charge, but higher-value items such as gadgets require the specific add-on.
We appreciate that losing a phone is upsetting, but claims are assessed strictly in line with the cover chosen at the time of purchase.
