I was unfortunate to be diagnosed with advanced cancer just one week after I booked and paid for a cruise through Bicton Travel. There was a no refund/transfer condition applicable to my booking. With the help of an a lady agent I managed to secure a transfer to my brother and his wife for which I am very grateful as it may otherwise have been a total loss.
