The picture frames were fine. Just as advertised. Packaging was solid, so no damage, which was important since the frames were very large (100 x 70 cms). The only slight drawback was that the deliv... See more

It's ok quality. Looks fine if you use it just once. But the frame itself is very fragile. Not made For multiple times usage, shipping to exhibitions and changing the artwork inside.

Hallo Karl,
vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung!
In general I am happy with the frame
In general I am happy with the frame. But sadly there was a big scratch on the glass when I unpacked it. They should check that before sending it off. But other than that I like it a lot.

Questionable quality
Ordered the coffee table photo album.
Seems like good quality for the money at first but the white lettering is extremely delicate and has already started peeling off after only a week.
It was covered with a cloth and hidden (meant to be a gift) so I'm not sure how this can even happen...

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for your review,
We're sorry that the first frame arrived damaged, glad to hear the replacement arrived okay.
Low quality, no free returns
To advertise a frame as being "Oak", sell it for close to a hundred Euros, and then charge someone for a return when it turns out to be MDF with some cheap plastic cover is outrageous. Never again.

Hello Claudia, we do state clearly that we charge a 6€ return fee. https://www.bgastore.de/widerrufsrecht . We do this for the environment and prevent unnessary back and forth shipping of products which are fragile. The frame you bought has a "folie" in oak look, around it. This is written in the article details: https://www.bgastore.de/rahmen-fiorito-acrylglas-washed-oak-60x80-cm
The frames are beautiful
The frames are beautiful; the delivery was fast and uncomplicated. I will definitely order again.

Hi Lilly,
Thanks for your review.
When nobody is at home of the time of delivery, the courier will drop off the parcel at a parcel shop.
This should usually be the nearest available parcel shop.
We're sorry to hear there is an issue with the frame. Please send us an email at info@bgastore.at and we will be happy to assist you.
Was not delivered!

We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your order.
The parcel could not be delivered due to nobody being at home of the time of delivery, and was therefor dropped off at a parcel shop where it can be collected.
GLS should have informed you about the delivery attempt. I have sent you a private email with further information where the parcel can be collected.
Fast delivery, packaging could be a bit more carefully
I ordered two frames and they were packed together in one box.
Unfortunately the aluminium frame scratched the wooden frame a bit during transport.
Nothing to bad but maybe next time put an extra layer of bubble wrap so it doesn’t scratch anything during transport.
