Everything was perfect, great price, booking process, spacious and super clean minibus that fit us all in (family of 5) with lots of luggage, there was lots of room. Friendly, efficient drivers there and back (Mark & Curtis). Communication throughout was brilliant and no issues at all.
Highly recommend and will use again

We normally drive to the airport and find it very stressful, so decided to book a taxi. We were delighted with BFW Transfers as it was easy to book and pay over the phone with Dave and he sent us a receipt immediately with all the details.
Both our drivers were lovely, smiling, friendly, helpful and professional people. On September 25th Richard arrived on time with a clean warm car and Lee was waiting for us when we arrived back at the airport on October 12th. We would have no hesitation in recommending BFW Transfers and their drivers and they certainly took all the stress out of this part of our holiday.

even when we had our holiday cancelled and we had to change pick up times etc they were very accommodating and couldn't do any more to help.

We had a fantastic experience with this company! They’ve got a huge Volkswagen van that can comfortably fit seven of us, and the price was super reasonable. On the way back, there was a little mix-up with the flight, but Dave handled it so well that we ended up back home safe and sound.

Plus, they provided two child seats, which was a huge help. The driver, Mark, was so polite, drove like a champ, and even helped us with our luggage.

I can’t say enough good things about them! We’ve already booked BFW again for transfers in 2026.

Travelling alone Manchester airport to Fleetwood and return. The drivers were prompt, smart and helpful. The vehicles were later models and immaculate inside and out. The communication was clear and concise from the start and instructions where to find the car at the airport were excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, the price is fair for the service and I will use them again on my next trip.

Everything ran very smoothly despite the chaos and crowds at the recent Oasis concert. Our driver Lee was brilliant. He was very courteous and got along with all of us. On the way home it took a while due to the traffic but at no time did he sound impatient or anything other than totally professional. Would wholeheartedly recommend BFW transport and also our driver in particular.

Never used before so checked reviews first and they were all positive. I can completely agree- excellent service. They kept us updated with arrival time, location and were really helpful and polite. Clean comfortable taxi, arrived promptly with clear instructions where to meet at airport Great communication with friendly helpful drivers. Car seat provided for toddler which was great. Second time we have used BFW transfers and will be using again and would highly recommend.
