We cannot recommend Leigh and his team at London Black Taxi highly enough. When we found out that we were landing at Heathrow during a public transport strike we researched private airport transfers extensively and are so happy that we found London Black Taxi. It is a pleasure to communicate with Leigh, he replies very quickly and is very friendly and helpful. The biggest plus for us is that you know that you will be collected by Leigh or one of his team. We had super trips both to and from the airport. The trip from Heathrow to London during a public transport strike in peak hour morning traffic was a very long one, but Leigh was very entertaining to chat with and the ride went by quickly. He gave us a super introduction to London and a lot of good suggestions of where to go and what to do, which our daughters really enjoyed. We were very happy with their service and will definitely contact them again if we are fortunate enough to travel to London again.

Used this service this morning to get to the airport. Leigh was early but happy to wait. Such a pleasant relaxed trip. Helpful with luggage and chatty. Highly recommended.

Leigh was early which was fantastic, he was very pleasant and was a great conversationalist. He was mindful of the time and traffic and we arrived at Heathrow well before we expected.

So glad we took the advice from the hotel front desk and used the QR code to book a London Black Taxi to get us to the airport. Leigh was spot on time, professional, friendly, great conversationalist, and the price was competitive with all other options. Not mention we had tons of luggage which fit with ease and left us plenty of room. We had air conditioning and a sun roof to sight see as well. 5 stars all the way!

Best taxi service ever!!!! When we arrived in London.i called for a taxi. No one wanted to help us because they told us our hotel was very close to the train station. It was unusually hot. I happen to reach Leigh. He was already at home but left his house to come pick us up. He is a number one top-notch Taxi Service. Thank you.

The trip was from Kensington to Gatwick airport on 21st of June 2026 and we had 2 large and heavy cases which had to lifted out of a basement apartment. However the driver was only too happy to perform this task which was most appreciated. The driver was very polite and conversational which made the long trip enjoyable.
