It trys to get you to buy more and more. After you have selected what you want and paid for it. Eventually after saying no to all the add ons, I was asked to download the app, with a double click. I am not sure if I had to pay something, but by then I felt sure I was being scammed. so shut it all down.

Only ordered the book but seem to have got a subscription I was not aware of
I recently reviewed some charges on my credit card bill and found a charge from Beyond Body. At no point did I receive any emails to inform me of the forthcoming renewal. I was not aware when I ordered the book that I also entered a subscription - never received any further emails from the company. I contacted them when I saw the charge whilst they have kindly provided me with a partial refund and cancelled the subscription. I wait to see if there are any further charges. I would recommend that you seriously look at what you are signing up to. @beyondbody I would ask that you undertake a review and also these comments from me and others to identify if your product and supposed subscription is best serving your customer. I very rarely write reviews but feel others do need to be able to make an informed choice before buying something and do hope this is reviewed as it is not intended to be

I signed up for Beyond Body Fasting and was excited to get started.
I immediately started receiving emails from them. At first, gently suggesting that my experience wouldn't be complete unless I forked over another $49.99 for the book.
When I didn't purchase it, I got another email offering me a 10% discount. Whoop de do - a whole $5 off.
When I wrote back informing them that it was still out of my comfort zone, budget wise, they cancelled my subscription. When I wrote to ask why, I was not given any answers, I was informed, again, that I'd been cancelled.
What kind of crappy company does this to their customers? Y'all can take a flying leap and I hope your crummy business practices put you out of business.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I tried canceling in 2024 and didn’t realize they kept replying back offering to discount the subscription so never actually canceled my account. They’ve been charging me $80 every 6 months since. Can’t even log in to my account or reset my password. This is ludicrous. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription.

It was not the help I needed. It was great for someone who needed everyday encouragement and could be disaplined to check in every day. I have a good working knowledge of diet and fasting. I just need a weekly accountability and I did not know how to make that work in this app

Great customer service for an excellent app.
Do not hesitate to try Beyond Body, they are very reputable with great customer service.
The app is very good, but not for me (I didn't enter information, it doesn't suit my personality). I could see it would be fantastic for someone who would interact with the app regularly.
I saw the charge on my credit card and realized I had forgotten to cancel and it was the last day. I sent an email and they were so pleasant and efficient. I thought I would have to pay for weeks of an app I wasn't using but they cancelled it for me.

Things that could improve are the foods and measurements in the app. I have done Noom, and Noom is much better in that department. Sometimes the responses to my check-in’s were too generic or not accurate. Like calling a 4.5 average energy low energy. But it worked for me and that l’s what counts, so thank you!
