Theese are scammers! Platform is rigged you too loose as much as possible. Responsible gambling is fake. Despite thatc after you win bigger amount like 2k scumbag from security@betwinner will ask you nonsense documents, like physical scan of virtual card, bank statement with stamp of internet banking, different visas, documents that u opened your bank account 15years ago etc.
Customer support is ridiculous. When you ask to block account they will ignore. This platform is owned by russian scambags; who also own a network of other platforms as melbet.com, 1xbet.com unibet.com and other same alike looking rigged to loose platforms. Beware.

Betwinner is a total fraud and scammer, dont join at all.

I recently joined this and deposited around 4-5 lakhs. When i initiated withdrawal, I have been asked to email security to verify documents. I shared all my original document, but then there is no response. Their last response was share original files and your further emails will be ignored. Then I shared original files again but no response. Its almost 4 days now.

I reached out to Customer support, and they are useless. First asked me to wait for 48 hours and then reach again. and then keep asking to wait for response.

I consistently sent email to security to complete verification, but no response. and even threatened and blackmailed to block my emails.

My funds are still stuck.

I have created account first time in this site. After that I made a deposit. But they blocked my account. After mailing security department they are saying I should withdraw my funds.

Here is the problem. Withdraw should be done with the same payment methods. Other methods won't work.
I used bkash to deposit. I deposited 700. Now I can't withdraw the funds throw bkash as it's minimum withdraw limit is 1000tk.

Im a long term customer and never had any problems, until now.

Really slow on deposits and they take the piss when you want to withdraw your money. Not sending you an sms to verify or refusing your withdrawal because of “payment processing error”, almost as if they’re trying to stop you from withdrawing your money so you can continue gambling it on their website and lose it. I have nade a deposit of 15k inr on 19 march but its not credited still now, when i checked with contact support they are saying agent account is blocked.
If his account is blocked why they are holding my money.. in return they are saying i raised complaint on customer bank, so i aaked them to check thoroughly that i didnt gave any complaint. In return my money got scammed in deposit
