​I am extremely disappointed with BetVictor's Compliance and Due Diligence process.

​I have been a loyal, long-standing customer with BetVictor for many years without any issues. However, right after making a recent deposit, my account was suddenly frozen for additional verification out of nowhere. To make matters worse, their customer support responses have been extremely slow and delayed without any valid justification, leaving my account and funds completely blocked.

​As part of their verification request, I provided my official Burgan Bank statement (showing 3 months of salary deposits) along with an official Ministry of Defence Salary Certificate.

​Despite supplying these fully authenticated government documents, BetVictor rejected them, demanding "monthly payslips." I clearly explained that in Kuwait, government and military sectors do not issue individual monthly pay stubs; instead, the Ministry issues a single, detailed Salary Certificate that explicitly states on the document that it is valid for 3 months.

​Furthermore, they questioned minor differences in deposit amounts caused by standard monthly operational/wartime allowances issued by the Ministry, which are clearly shown on the official bank statement.

​Expecting a long-term customer to provide non-Western administrative documents that simply do not exist in their country’s legal system—while delaying support responses—is completely unacceptable.

​I have fulfilled every reasonable verification step from my side. If BetVictor cannot accept legitimate government-issued financial documents, I demand an immediate account closure and full refund of my remaining balance to my original payment method.

​Update: BetVictor's PR team replied to this review asking me to email their general help desk. I am already in direct contact with your Due Diligence team (Marco) who has my case "under review", Stop the public runaround, review the official Kuwaiti government documents I already provided, or process my refund immediately

So I have played a hard bingo forever never had issues just basic you know cheating problems but nothing major as I did when I joined Bet Victor today Dimitri is one of the most horrible rude disrespectful Customer Service agent I’ve ever come across and I’m only saying this because I’ve spoken to a lot of Customer Service agent from this company but never ever added someone lied to me blatantly I’m older than Dimitri. I have travelled a lot or whatever his name is you know the one that was working at 3 o’clock in the morning I made a withdrawal at 11 o’clock or 1130 turbo I’m registered on the site but Victor took all my information from heart bingo which was shocking to me, but again it’s you know same company so I figured I was not making it to you about it. You look at my history and heart Bingo my lifetime deposit my play history my game history you would never see I’ve had issues at all what I don’t appreciate is when the staff of some platform wants to be heroes and withhold peoples winnings when I am depositing and playing at hard Bingo I’ve never never ever ever experienced this and I Refuse personally refuse irrelevant of checks or whatever if you were doing checks then you would not have taken my details from your sister side because then you could cross check and see that my detail details didn’t match up. There is no need to withhold someone’s withdrawal pending for over five hours. There’s no justification for it when I first won at heart Bingo I was paid in under I like under 45 minutes. I’m so so upset about it that you know I’m making a formal complaint about it. I have never left a bad review about Heart bingo and it’s shocking that I have to come and leave a one star for the service that I receive from Victor very very shocking. also, if I’m already registered on your sister platform and you guys have taken my history my details my data we don’t even be aware of it because I didn’t even know that Ben Victor and Hart bingo were affiliated until I joined and that’s when I saw all my details in bed Victor if this is the case, what is there to manually check? That’s a lie but I give him that does it take six or eight hours to manually do something? Are you telling me that Ben Victor has so many customers to pay out that it takes them 20 hours to pay a customer? Are you guys? Are you guys like it’s so frustrating and it’s so disrespectful that I would refuse to support a platform that does this to its customers.

Never seen worse company than this. I've just signed up with them due to convincing ad I've received and once I've signed up they have told me that I'm blocked from promotions. Emails by emails I'm trying to find a reason why they decided that and turns out they cannot provide me a reason.

Ive seen many people complaining about BETVICTOR just randomly shutting your account down and yes it happened to me after depositing £50 it completely logged me out and refuses to except my original login details it says "please reset your password" ive reset it over 20 times on 3 different devices cleared the catche and reinstalled the app ive also waited 24hours thinking it was me creating a block for too many attempts at once.

I closed my account with the company today. Two main reasons the lag on the site has gotten 100% worse while games active to the point it feels like the game is going to crash. I wanted to rule out an issue. My side and another site are working fine, but the main reason for closing the account is the spinners club promotion. It was never better than the one it replaced, but it's nothing short of insulting. Having 20+ spins and winning between 6 and 20p its been going on for months now the selection of games eligible to be used are ones very poor that even contain Christmas themes this time of year???

It’s on not the best they’ve tightened things up a lot I’ve been at a loss for months and net deposit is very high £10k plus! Casino games don’t work their customer service dont have a clue how to fix it. Used to be fun.

The BetVictor app and website are both good platforms and easy to use. Deposits and withdrawals have also been very fast, which I have been happy with.

My biggest disappointment has been with the customer incentives and VIP program. I had a particularly bad blackjack session and lost over $10,000. Afterward, I received a $50 casino bonus. I reached out to ask about VIP possibilities and whether there was any additional consideration available based on my level of play, but I was told that I did not meet their criteria.

The VIP status itself isn’t a major concern for me, but receiving only a $50 bonus after losing over $10,000 was extremely disappointing. I feel that customers who wager and lose significant amounts should receive better recognition and more meaningful loyalty incentives.

Overall, I think BetVictor has a solid platform with fast deposits and withdrawals, but the customer rewards and VIP incentives have left me disappointed.

Money taking site. I thought other sites where bad, ive made 6 deposits daily since I opened this account and not hit one bonus or feature.
