Worst Customer Service Ever – Avoid Bettycloths at All Costs
If I could give zero stars to Bettycloths, I absolutely would. My experience with this company has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing I’ve ever had as an online customer. What was supposed to be a simple order turned into weeks of wasted time, endless emails, and complete disregard for basic customer service.
I placed an order and waited more than a month for it to arrive. When the package finally showed up, only one of the two items was correct. The second one — the Men’s Retro Stitched Knitted Waffle Three-Dimensional Fabric Zipper Long Sleeve — was completely wrong. I immediately contacted their support team, attaching clear photos to prove the mistake and politely asking how they intended to fix it. Their first reply was absurd: they claimed that the product I received was correct and offered me a so-called “compensation” of $8.
Naturally, I refused. I explained again, with photos and order details, that the item was not the one I ordered and asked for either the correct product or a full refund. Instead of solving the problem, they asked me to send the same photos again — this time specifying that they wanted them in JPG format, under 1MB, along with the waybill and the SKU QR code. I complied, even though I had already sent everything they needed. Weeks went by, and every response I received was either evasive or contradictory.
At one point, they admitted that the wrong product had been sent because of a “system problem” — yet they also claimed they could not send a replacement because the correct item was “out of stock.” That was another lie, because I checked their own website, where the product was clearly available for purchase. When I pointed that out, they simply ignored it. Instead, they kept increasing their ridiculous “compensation”: first $8, then $10, and finally $12 — without even clarifying what currency they were referring to. To make matters worse, they suggested that if I wasn’t happy, I could return the product to their warehouse in China at my own expense.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. The error was entirely theirs, yet they tried to minimize it, deny responsibility, and shift the burden to the customer. Their so-called “customer service” is nothing more than a series of automated, copy-paste responses that show zero willingness to actually resolve a problem. Their communication is chaotic, coming from multiple email addresses, often with broken English and vague promises that lead nowhere.
I’ve spent far too much time trying to get a fair solution for something that should have been simple. The level of unprofessionalism I’ve encountered is shocking. Offering $8 or $10 for an incorrect item worth over €35 is an insult, not compensation. The way they handle complaints shows a total lack of respect for customers.
To anyone considering ordering from Bettycloths: don’t. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the disappointment. Their website may look appealing, but behind it lies an unreliable, untrustworthy operation that refuses to take responsibility for its mistakes. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this review to stay far away.

These guys are nothing but a scam. Don't throw away your money on this C grade polyester fabric crap. I wish someone would shut these guys down. I didn't receive anything remotely close to what I ordered. Many others have said exactly what i've been thinking. Calling the BBB on this company.

They fraudulently charged $25.45 in “sales tax” which wasn’t on the original invoice. Not to mention the sales tax rate is 6.5% for my state and they charged 3x that amount! I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Now I’m regretting my entire purchase after reading all the bad reviews for this company. SHAME ON BETTYCLOTHS!

Trash garmet that looks nothing like what was pictured on their website. It took nearly a month to come in also lol. This shirt isn’t cotton and has a weird sublimation that the dollar store probably wouldn’t even sell. Trash product and it doesn’t even fit well.

Wow, they got me.. Bought based off of their advertisement on Instagram. The two shirts that I bought are both horrible horrible quality black knit shirts. They’re not even close to the color or style advertised. It took over a month to actually receive the two shirts I bought. I realized something was wrong when the shipping notification for each shirt were different European countries, the progresses to Portland.. which is on the US West coast, so that didn’t add up. I checked reviews and saw that many other people have been scammed by this organization.

Do not buy from this company. First, it takes more than a month to receive anything. When you do, you will find that the quality is horrible and the items look nothing like the advertisements. When you try to return them, they refuse to share the return address.

FRAUD AND SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. As soon as I ordered my t-shirt and paid with PayPal, all of my cards associated with PayPal were hacked and money was taken from all of them. They sent a tracking number and last updated in February. The start address was in Ireland. It's now March and I still don't have my shirt and nothing has been updated in the tracking page. When I email their support email the email comes right back to my inbox. No one ever responds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Was overcharged, then only 1 of 4 items were actually received after waiting for an ENTIRE month!! Then the 1 sweatshirt is not cotton, it's a cheap nylon.

I saw a t-shirt that I really liked and ordered a Medium. Noticed the website had a little US flag in the upper left corner so assumed this company was located in the US. Not so. It took nearly 2 months to receive the t-shirt, coming from China, passing through Romania, and finally entering customs in the US. Although the shirt had a tag that said “M”, it was definitely a Large, and it also said the shirt was made in China. The company said to return it in original packaging, blah blah blah. Not worth paying overseas postage and customs fees. It’s going to Goodwill and I will be more diligent when buying from companies flying a flag.
