Great app, horrible illegal cancel experience
Great app, honestly loved it while I used it. The cancel flow on mobile doesn't actually take you to a page where you can cancel your subscription. blocked from my bank instead. this kind of cancel experience is illegal.

BE WEARY: Feel completely duped, signed up for Calisthenics for €18.44, while setting up my account a second payment of €49.99 came out of my account, unintentionally it seems I signed up for personal training. This box was ticked, unfortunately I didn’t see it and pressed confirm at the bottom of the page while setting up my account. Emailed straight away on Thursday, response Friday saying according to the conditions once I sign up that’s it no refund. Never used it, didn’t want it, very unhappy. Please be careful!!

This is a standup company. They have workouts for people no matter where you are in life or on your health journey. I would recommend BetterMe and look forward to working with them again in the future. Also their customer service is top notch and stand behind their customers. I had a great experience with them!

Filled out a quiz for 4.99 they ended up taking another £6.99 and £49.99
Tried to cancel straight away but they refused I have received nothing for the £6.99 and did not authorise any other payments .
Complained to my bank as they refused any refund even tho it was still pending

Buyer beware - refunds are impossible
Buyer beware.
This company refused a refund one day into the first subscription.
There was no warm up, advanced exercises for a novice and I actually hurt myself attempting it.
This is not suitable for anyone who is new to this.
Additionally they try to spam you for expanding subscriptions with add ons.
I feel really foolish for even going there.
I feel scammed.
Update- they have now offered me a months free mental health support. I honestly don’t know how to take this.

Honest company
I tried the initial free trial and discovered it wasnt for me. Totally forgot about it until I got charged for the service. My 5 star is because when I emailed and explained, they immediately refunded with no quarrels. That is a trustworthy company that cares.

Impressed with these routines - is an understatement
So I have tried other workout routines with little to no results… literally 2 weeks into this I feel better, I look ridiculously better, and everything gets a workout! Adding hiit next week . Thanks for a great app at a reasonable year cost! I love that. Don’t ever raise it!

Great app for programs and building level, all mapped out and easy to follow. I also had a mix up with accounts which they resolved and refunded an incorrect charge, would recommend.

Noticable Core Strength and Balance
I have found this program has helped me to take back my health. It has gently and noticeably built core strength and balance, I was surprised that my body could get to that standard without any equipment. I loved how the music enhanced a calm focus. I could create a space in a corner of my home and not feel like I was taking over the house. You could be comfortable doing the exercises anywhere, perfect for travel.

This is an amazing app! The content was really useful and well-structured — I really enjoyed doing the exercises .
