The app itself is really good and the customer service is the best! I highly recommend this app as it is much more affordable than other apps and provides plenty of workouts, including workouts for people with injuries, lost limbs, pregnant women, and elderly. The workouts are simple yet effective.

Stupid no refund policy
Stupid no refund policy. Charge me on auto renewal which I am not aware of, few mins later i sent emails and got replied but they said no refund unless it is proven their program is not working. Hello I didn't even use your program. I just want a refund that's all. Why would I pay for something I did not use? I'm not asking a refund after I have used your program, I didn't use it and to be fair it was within the hour of the charge was placed. No logic. Just find a better subscription, this one sucks for sure and money sucking.

Didn't really use the app
Didn't really use the app, but I forgot I subscribed. When the subscription renewed, I'd ask them to refund me the money since I had not used the app. They refunded it to me without any problem at all. I was very happy that they were able to do that for me. Great customer service.

This app is great and the customer service is even better.
This app is great, very easy to use and navigate, and also very informative. Unfortunately I could not utilize its full potential due to my health. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a workout routine that is catered to them. The plus side of everything is that their custom service team is also amazing. I had many questions and concerns, which were always answered promptly.
