Info, used the site for years. In the past year have deposited tens of thousands. They stole 400 from me before which I've already mentioned in reviews (general scam site behaviour, beware).

WOOWWW straight up stealing.. For the record: This is my one and only account at the site.

Requested to self exclude twice as I advised I was overspending / depositing too much, I was then offered a $90 free bet the first time, and 100 free spins the second time. Account still remains open.

I also played one of their games (Crashio), bet £10 and the game reached 97x. I tried to cash out at 47x and it said the bet had failed. I lost my initial £10, and customer support said the bet had settled correctly so did nothing.

I had a very bad experience with bets.io.

My account was suddenly closed and my balance of 148.915 USDT was confiscated with the reason of “multi-accounting”.

This is completely unfair because I already completed full KYC verification, including:

ID verification (KTP)

selfie verification

a live video interview for around 30 minutes

After all that, they still banned my account and took my money.

I only played 2–3 matches using my own funds.
I did not use multiple accounts, VPN, or any kind of manipulation.

The biggest problem is that they did not provide any evidence:

no linked accounts

no IP/device proof

no transaction explanation

They simply say “violation” and take both deposit and winnings.

This is not fair gaming and not transparent at all.

I have already sent a formal complaint and will escalate this case to the regulator and public dispute platforms if this is not resolved.

My account passed KYC verification, which means my identity was already confirmed. If you believe there was a violation, the fair and professional approach would be to clearly explain what rule was broken and provide at least some form of verifiable evidence.

Simply stating that it comes from “internal security checks” without any transparency gives the impression that accounts can be closed arbitrarily, especially when users attempt to withdraw funds.

I am still requesting a clear explanation and a fair review of my case. If there is genuine evidence, please present it. Otherwise, the decision to close the account and withhold funds appears unjustified.
