I do not advise visiting this casino. A real scam. Does not pay out winnings. I have been waiting for two weeks, but the status is still pending. Consultants do not say anything, only that something is being checked.
A casino that does not protect players, with a system to close your account for gambling addiction problems that requires you to request, fill out and submit a form to unsubscribe (with no option to choose permanent closure) and that also asks you not to perform any activity on your account during the 15 days it takes to process the unsubscription, as doing so will result in the closure being revoked.
Because of this lack of ethics of the casino, I was allowed to deposit more than 3000 euros despite having requested the closure of my account. And Betospin refused to refund my deposited money after I requested such a closure, even though Askgamblers casino found it reasonable to partially refund my deposits.
In addition, this casino operates in Spain without a licence to do so. Terrible attitude of their workers, terrible treatment of the user.

All of these reviews are fake, do not trust the 5 stars. This is a scam casino, might as well be using play money. I won a nice sum, 2600, from a bonus. 6 days after my withdrawal attempt, I am told over email that my account has violated the TOS and provided with a link to the TOS. Nowhere do they specify what my infringement was. Keep in mind they claim to operate with a “Costa Rican Gaming License” WHICH DOES NOT EVEN EXIST. Costa Rica does not issue gaming licenses, only business licenses. This means if you have an issue with BetoSpin’s service, you cannot go to the board to complain. You quite literally have no options. I just want my money at this point.
