I had in inquiry yesterday about 500$ that had to be withdraw from a few months ago. I won it by playing slots and betting. I deposited less, around 50$. I let it there because I had issues withdrawing it with my personnal info that was not updating properly at the withdraw phase. I was blocked every Time. I Even submitted paper work with home adress and phone number (utility Bill) to no avail because they never updated my personnal info properly. They sent me an email asking for the same thing again, paperwork… So I gave up.

I came back yesterday, 3 months later and asked about it again, especially with my funds having disappeared with transaction history having disappeared also! I wrote a request for my situation and never got a reply. They closed my inquiry without responding!

Been a loyal customer for 4 years and now the site is not approving my withdrawal. Historically withdrawals took 3 days. My first withdrawal of 2026 took 3 weeks. My second withdrawal 5 weeks and now on my third withdrawal of the year I am on week 13 of no payment. Customet support is not providing any update or timeline. Avoid site at all costs.

Likely the biggest scam sports betting site I’ve ever played on I added money no problem got verified. Tried to withdraw a sizeable amount and they just delayed it and deleted it and deleted it and said they were having a heavy workload. Do not play the site. just sucks and it’s a scam.

They refuse to pay out and close my account. They keep cancelling my withdrawal. Without saying why. Then when i ask they say make another request. Then say they cant do anything while its pending. I tried to close my account because I could feel I was losing control, and they didn’t properly shut it down. Even worse, I was able to reopen it easily like nothing ever happened.

Another Mickey mouse casino, 7 days and withdrawal is still pending. Support says it takes 5 full business days not including weekends or the day of the withdrawal, so they have made it so no matter when you withdraw you will always land on a weekend so it's 7 full days if they actually ever pay you, I'm still waiting....

So I have been a costumer since 2023. I deposited 5500$ and withdrew 1500$. I cameback to play in february 2026, and I made over 30k$ in profit.

I put 3 stars as of now because their withdrawal speed is really, really slow. Took from the 13th february up until the 24th of february to receive my first payout of 4500$CAD. The good thing is, they will pay you out. But I have been verified since 2023 and there are no reasons for such delays.

Until they improve their withdrawal speed, the 3 stars will stand. The benefits of the website are the live agents, who are very kind. Also, betplays offer lots and lots of bonuses. I don't use them anymore, but they are pretty nice. Also, be careful of the bonuses T&C, you don't want to breach the terms.

On January 20th, I requested a withdrawal. My account had already been verified. The chat says the withdrawal takes a maximum of 5 business days. Today is February 13th, and the withdrawal status is still "pending." Can someone from Betplays answet this? I'm tired of dealing with chat bots.

Refuse to pay out winnings, I have deposited money into betplay multiple times and when I finally win, they asked for me to re do my id again, after I did that they asked for me to verify my phone number again, after that they wanted copies of my bank statements. Once all verified now for over two weeks they tell me the department is overloaded and will take some time to process the withdrawal and to be patient, this is a scam company that operates out of Cyprus that is not licensed in Canada to even take bets. Betters Beware!!!

I see I'm not the only one who's experienced this. This casino is completely self-serving and doesn't care about you at all. I repeatedly requested the complete closure of my account because I had serious gambling problems. Every time I asked for it to be reopened, despite having requested complete self-exclusion, they gave me access to their platform again. No commitment to being a "responsible casino"—they don't care about your requests. But worse than that, when I finally managed to recover some of my winnings because I've never won on their site, ever, they offered me loss insurance if I canceled my pending withdrawal to encourage me to keep playing and lose even more, and guess what?
