Terrible experience.
Opened a new account and placed a £26 bet that won £140. Waited 30 minutes and the bet still hadn’t been settled so I contacted customer services. The lady looked at my account and said it could take SIX HOURS to be settled
I then tried to place numerous horse bets at small stakes around £10 and kept getting a failed message
